Preparing a sleepover isn’t simple, but preparing one for her clique was close to impossible. Her clique was super picky and had exact details they wanted. It took Audrey a couple of days to get her house ready, but in the end, she was proud of her work.
On the following Friday, Audrey went straight home from school to get ready for the sleepover party. She dressed herself in a loose white Giorgio Armani tunic tucked into a blue chambray skirt from Sisley, then wrapped a colorful Moschino scarf around her neck. She then sat down on her beanbag, playing with the charms on her bracelet, listening to a ballad coming out of her iHome. When she looked out the window and saw her friends approaching, she smiled brightly. Audrey took one last glance around the room, and quickly patted herself on the back. There was a fluffy white carpet covering the spacious basement, and the scent of Warm Vanilla Sugar wafted to her nose as the candle flickered. She quickly changed the song on her iPod to "Till the World Ends", and took a potato chip from the bowl on the table filled with fat-free snacks. While looking in the huge mirror that covered one entire section of the wall, she ran her fingers through her glossy hair one last time before she ran to open the door.
