Soon, the wolves became tired, so they settled down to rest. April was beginning to think they would never find the other dogs because the wolves would leave them, but Cooper still had hope.

"Were never gonna find these dogs, Cooper.", April said, spirit downcast.

"We'll find them April, I'm sure of it!", Cooper said, reassuring her. The two friends smiled at each other.

The next day while Cooper was still sleeping, April went to talk to the wolves about giving up. When Cooper woke up, he overheard their conversation. Cooper was shocked that April wanted to end the adventure, even though he told her they would find them soon. Cooper got up and rushed in to confront April.

"Why, April, why would you end the adventure"? Cooper said.

"I'm so tired Cooper, the wolves are tired! Admit it Cooper, your tired, too! Don't lie to yourself!", April cried out.

"No, April, I will never get tired until we find our way home!", Cooper argued.

"Fine, Cooper, but it two days tops, I'm leaving with the wolves". April said, glaring.

The next day, the dogs and wolves were charged up and ready to continue the search. After awhile, they heard some barking from atop a hill. The wolf pack and the dogs parted ways, and the wolves headed back to their home. The two dogs left the group to see what it was, and they discovered two dogs.
