Chapter 8

America P.O.V
I wake up by my maids bursting through the door.

"Miss wake up its the kings birthday we need you to get ready there is a big day ahead of us"says mary.

"I don't want to" i say putting a pillow on my head. 

They giggle and take the pillow away. I yawn and stand up. They carry a strapless purple dress it has gems at the top and the bottom has ruffles. Its just beautiful.

"Thanks guys i love it",i say admiring it. 

"Is our pleasure miss you have been really nice to us since the selection"lucy smiling. They put my hair in an elegant bun and put little make on. We have an hour before breakfast. We chat a little bit and i discovered lucy married Aspen. I haven't seen him since i got here i am going to congratulate him when i see him.

-Breakfast
I walk through the hallways admiring the castle is exactily like i remember it. I turn around and see aspen.

"Aspen!"i scream running to hug him.

 "America?"he says confused to see me. I nod and he smiles we talk what has happen in our lifes i tell him i am engaged and he promises to be at my wedding. I left and turn the corner and see Maxon making out with Kriss. I feel a pain of jealousy hit me. I see Maxon open his eyes and stare at me frozen i run away to the gardens.He said Kriss treats him bad but maybe he was lying. I sit in our bench and star to crying . I don't know why I am crying.He is marry to Kriss i lost and i am engaged to Christopher. CHRISTOPHER! I haven't called him to make sure i am ok. I call him and he says he has a surprise for me today. I wonder what is it. Then i suddenly feel someone sit next to me.

Maxon's P.O.V.
I head to breakfast and see Kriss she comes up to me and kisses me. I feel nothing i open my eyes and see America smiling,when she sees me her smile fades.What i have done? She runs away and Kriss looks around and asks

"what are u looking at love".

"Nothing"i reply. We enter the dinning room and eat i excuse my self and leave Kriss alone she gives me a dead glare but i don't care. Kriss didn't even said happy birthday. She has been bugging me about tonight she invite all her family all the kings and queens to my party. I work for awhile in some papers. Feel like i need air before tonight i walk to the gardens and find America in our bench playing with her diamond ring. I wish she was my wife. I sit next to her and she looks up and jumps.

 "I am sorry i scared you"i say.

"Its ok"she says sniffing oh no she has been crying.

"May i ask why are you crying u already know i don't know what to do when women cry" i tell her. She looks up and laughs she answers "

My heart is broken"she says staring to my eyes.

"Why?"

 "Because the man i love has a wife"she says i feel my heart breaks but i thought she was engaged. I meet her eyes and tell her 

"I still love you"i say with out breaking the eye contact. Her eyes sparkle more and answers

 "I love you too",she says we lean closer until our lips meet.

YAAASSSSSSSSSS finally Maxerica  sorry for short chapter i am so lazy right now to write more but i promise to update tommorow. Thx for not giving up on my book.
