Chapter 9

America's P.O.V

As our lips meet i feel fireworks going off. How i miss his lips right now i don't care about Kriss nether Christopher even though i should. Many years can pass but no one can make me feel the same way as Maxon, each day my heart has the same love for Maxon even stronger. I pull apart for air while our heads still touch each other. 

"I love you",i say. 

"I love you too America with all my heart". 

We kiss again until someone pulls Maxon from his shirt away from me and punch him in the eye. 

"How could you!", then i realized is Christopher.But why is he here he is supposed to be at home.

"I am here because i wanted to go with you to the party tonight so you weren't alone Kriss called me to come to the palace. But it looks like you are having fun with the king."he screams at me. Shoot i said that out loud.

"I am...sorry" i shutter and i feel tears streaming down my face. 

"Your SORRY that's the only thing you have to say to ME!! You know what were DONE I DON'T WANT TO SEE YOU AGAIN FORGET WERE GETTING MARRIED,BECAUSE WERE NOT!"he screams taking his ring i gave him for his birthday and it said'I will love you forever ~America

"Have fun with the king",he says coldly.
"No please Christopher let me explain" i say getting on my knees. But it was late he walks away from me with tears pouring from his eyes.What i have done? I see Maxon on the floor i  tell him i need to go. He tells me to wait up but i don't listen I sprint to the castle i pass a few maids they ask me if i am right,i ignore them and run pass them. I reach my room and jump to bed i cry into my pillow letting the world shut around me. After hours of crying my door opens with my maids burting in.

"Are you alright miss",Lucy asks. I feel like their my sisters so i tell them everything. Mary has a tear that has escape her eyes.

"Were sorry miss but cheer up we need you to get ready for tonight",Annie says openning a bag that was carrying a drees. It was was a with gown that reached the floor it had sleeves with gems covering itall around. 

"Thx guys i don't know what to do if i didn't have you guys"i say and we do a group hug. We pull apart and they started to work on me. I put on the dress with help of Annie,while Mary does my make up. Lucy does my hair in a beautiful waterfall braid she curls the ends of my hair. I take a look of my self in the mirror and i look beautiful. I thank them and they leave. I go to my balcony and see guests arriving so i decide to head to the ballroom. But something stops me i hear noices coming from the hallway and see Maxon kissing a woman my age.What the heck first Kriss wait what he has an excuse for that but that woman? And he is kissing back.Then it hits me its Princess Daphne from France!!!
