An hour after Jack finishes his speech, I find myself and my friends standing in front of the throne, and watching everyone run around on the floor. “So what now?” I ask to no one. Everyone around me shrugs, almost as if they’re in a daze. I can say the same thing of me, since the cloud that I had woken up with has come back. I hear someone say my name behind me and I turn around to see Jack walking out from behind the chair. “So what is behind that thing anyway?” I ask Jack.
“You want to see?” Jack asks. I nod my head excitedly. “Ok, come on I’ll show you.” Jack says laughing.
“Thanks.” I reply blushing. Behind me I hear David mutter something under his breath. “Oh relax David!” I whisper over my shoulder. Jack leads us down the hall from the door, and we pass about ten doors before coming to a stop at a black door with a red triangle with the corners not connecting. “What’s in there?” I ask Jack.
“Your own suits.” Jack replies with a wink. Jack puts his palm on the red triangle and the door slides to the left, opening. “In you go.” Jack says with a smile. I smile back at him and slip past him and into the room. Looking around there has to be enough suits for a city, “why do you need so many?” I ask Jack. Jack shrugs in reply and moves out of the doorway, so David, Nikkita, Alexander, Jenna, Brooke, Jason, Percy and the others can come in. “Ok, I let you guys get change and meet me back at the first door.” Jack says. “Oh, the girl’s bathroom is here across the way, and the boy’s bathroom is next to it.”
“Ok, thank you.” I reply.
“You're very welcome.” Jack says with a smile. I take the girls to our bathroom well the boys goes into the door next to ours. It takes about ten minutes before everyone is wearing the same outfit. Everyone follows me, to where Jack is waiting for us. “Ok, is everyone set?” Jack asks me.
“Yep, we are ready...” I break off with a shriek as I grab my head in pain. I bend over squeezing my forehead. “Ugh. My head feels like it is splitting open.”
“Natalya, are you ok?” David asks placing a hand on my shoulder.
“Yeah, my head feels like its splitting open but otherwise I’m perfectly fine.” I growl, grinding my teeth.

Wow, is Natalya always like this? I think to myself. “David does this happen a lot?” I ask.
“No, trust me. Jack, this is the first time.” David replies worried.
“Oh, don’t worry David I’ll be fine.” Natalya answers with a snarl.
“Wow. Someone is in a crabby mood.” I mutter under my breath.
“Oh, Jack if only you knew what is really going on!” Natalya laughs.
“Hey what’s wrong with your voice?” I ask nervously.
“Oh, nothing.” Natalya replies. Natalya straightens up and turns to look at me. I gasp, taking a step backwards. “What's the matter Jack? You're not scared of me are you?” Natalya smirks.
“What are you doing to her! Leave her alone!” I yell.
“Hey! What are you talking about Jack? Nobody is messing with her.” David defends her.
“David, look at her eyes.” I point at Natalya’s face.
“Jack, what are you talking about? There is nothing wrong with her eyes.” Jenna says. I look around at everyone’s faces; I’m the only one who can see that something is wrong with Natalya! I say to myself. I grab Natalya by her shoulders and give her a quick shake. “Natalya snaps out of it!” I yell in her face. Natalya snarls, and pushes me in the chest. I go flying backwards for two feet. My body slams to the ground knocking the breath out of my body. “Jack!” Lila yells from where everyone is still standing. “Are you ok? What is wrong with you?” Lila yells at Natalya.
“Wait Lila. I’m fine.” I rasp, gingerly standing up. “That isn’t Natalya.”
“What are you talking about?” David demands. I hold up my pointer finger. I bend over placing my hands on my knees as I suck air back into my lungs. “Something is happening with Natalya.” A sudden blast of cold air hits me. I look up and everyone but Natalya is pressed up against the wall. I cross my arms in front of my face, and try not to be blown down the hall. I dig my feet into the ground; luckily the ground is made out of sand, making it easy to do so. Natalya’s hair is being blown away from her face. “Where is this wind coming from?” Brooke yells over the wind.
“It’s Natalya!” I yell back. I dig my boots in the sand and very slowly I take a step forward. Then I take another step, and a third after. Each step bringing me closer to Natalya. The whirlwind around Natalya now is making up of wind and sand. “Natalya, you have to listen to me!” I yell trying to be heard over the wind.
“Oh, Jack. Can’t you see that I’m not Natalya? You should know who I am by now!” Natalya laughs.
“So if you’re not Natalya then who are you?” I ask gritting my teeth. I take another step forward. Just keep her talking. I take another step and stop leaning my body forward into the wind.
“Come now, Jack! I heard that you’re smart now don’t let me down!” Natalya laughs throwing her head back. I need Natalya to break free from whoever is controlling her mind. If only I could get closer to her. “David, close your eyes!” I yell over the wind.
“What?” David yells back.
“I said, close your eyes!” I scream.
“Why? What are you going to do?” David asks.
“I’m going to help her but I need you to close your eyes.” I yell back. David nods and closes his eyes. I look at Lila and we nod at each other. I slowly continue taking steps, fighting the wind which is getting harder after each step. Natalya is laughing not really paying me any attention. Finally with just two steps away from Natalya she focuses her eyes on me. Her eyes are red instead of blue. I freeze one step away from Natalya. I squeeze my eyes shut, and try to remember what she had looked like before all of this started. I snap open my eyes and I take that final step that brings me right in front of Natalya. I grab her shoulders again but this time I step in closer so she can’t hit me or blow me away. “Natalya please you have to listen to me! You have to fight whatever is trying to control you.” I yell in her face over the wind.
“I don’t have to listen to anybody!” Natalya growls. I lean in closer and whisper in her ear. “Please Natalya you need to snap out of it. We need you! David needs you! I need you!” Natalya had turn her face away, but she turns back so that our noses are touching each other’s. “Really?” Natalya whispers.
“Really.” I whisper back and I lean my head in and I kiss her.
