Love in the Skye (Ed Sheeran fanfic) [Part 2]

Chapter 14

Skye's POV:

"He's gunna have to cancel some shows, right!?", I exclaimed loudly but Ed just shook his head. "I can't disappoint my fans, I'll perform even if it kills me". I scowled looking over at Stuart, "Tell him!". Stuart just shrugged, "you won't persuade him, he cares too much". I sighed, standing up, "we better go home". He nodded, standing up while letting out a soft groan. "You ok?", I said making him smile and grab my hand, "I'm fine!". I nodded and we stepped outside. The cameras flashed in my face, making me cover my eyes.

"What happened Ed"

"Skye is Ed hurt?"

"Did she assault you?"

"Skye, how do you feel about Ed being attacked?"

"The fan just ran in?"

"Was it an accident?"

I pulled him through the crowd, he was mumbling and grumbling as people knocked into his back, but we finally escaped the crowd and jumped in a taxi. "How did they find out? No one went in, or out, since it happened", Ed said, and he was right. The only person who went out was the mental fan being dragged down to the police station or where ever. "Maybe someone inside told", I said, trying to think who would. I didn't really know too many of the crew. Only a few like David, Mark, Stuart and Trevor, they were too lovely. It wasn't them. I just shrugged, "I don't know who it could have been..".

We got back and I paid the fare before we made it up to our flat. We both went straight to bed. I laid a towel out and Ed lay there naked while I bathed his back, with me straddling his waist. He winced in pain at first but after a while he finally got used to it. "It'll get better", I tried to reassure him. He nodded, not looking so sure before telling me to stop after only about 5 minutes. He pulled me into a hug and rested his head on my chest while closing his eyes before falling asleep straight away. How could he do it? I couldn't. I was really worried about him, he was hurt and.. that's my worst nightmare..
