Present Day...
"Wait!" Clarissa yelled as the taxi sped away.
It was really late, and she was still stuck in front or building job.
Mr. Riley had told her to stay after to finish up the files and she did.
She was supposed to be fine with it, but after all the files he left on her desk. He had her leaving the office a quarter to 11.
Being considerate and ot wanting to drag Hector out, she just waited for a taxi on the busy New York streets.
Out of the no where, a Silver Lexus, The silver Lexus that will save, pulls up in front of her. Opening up the door Clarissa hopped in.
"Someone told me you'd be leaving late." He said.
"I wonder why."
After she finished getting situated she looked over to Christian, And thanked him.
"No probs suga-foot." He said focusing on the road ahead, which was filled with people of the night.
They drove for about an hour and a half before they reached the Elliott estate.
Christian rolled down his window, and reached to press the intercom button "Christian Santiago, dropping off Clarissa Elliott."
"Master Elliott?" Hector asked over the intercom.
"It's me Hector."
"He acts like he doesn't know your voice."
Christian laughed and shook his head.
"Hector is just cautious."
Clarissa rolled her eyes in response.
The gates started to open, and Christian restarted the engine, having turned off the car. He drove down the half mile stretch of road to the main house.
Driving around the circle driveway which had the Elliott's prized fountain in the center, Christian stopped right in front of the large steps leading up to the front door of the house.
Christian always loved coming to Clarissa's house. She still lived as if she were in the 1800's. Her huge family estate, held horse drawn carriages which were occasionally driven, large statues of the family men. Ancient, preserved gardens which held secret passageways. The inside of the house was still decorated in some places as it had been when the very first Elliott's built it.
"Well I guess I'll see you tomorrow. " Christian said as Clarissa started to get out of the car.
"Yes. Thank you again Christian. Tell you family I said hello." He nodded. And with that she headed to the front door, where Hector already stood waiting for her.
"Hello Master Elliott." Hector greeted.
"Hi Hector." Clarissa really hated when he called her that. Hector was more of an Dad than he was a Butler.
"I was not sure if you had eaten or not, so I had Madame Mariana fixed you something up."
"Where is Mariana?" She asked looking around.
"She is in her sleeping chambers." Clarissa nodded.
"Well I am famished, so I will definitely be eating this evening."
Hector nodded, and Clarissa followed him to the dining room, which held a long wooden table that sat 30 people.
"I will be right back Master Elliott", and with that he disappeared into the kitchen.
