Thirteen : Part. 1

"Aunt Lilly!"

"Clare Bear! Oh my baby."

Andrew stood at the car as Clarissa was enveloped by her aunt Lillian.

"Oh. Is that him?" She whispered to Clarissa who nodded.

"Oh my goodness hi sweetie!"

"Hello Mrs. Tate."

She waved her hand. "Call me aunt Lilly."

Andrew smiled.

Him and Clarissa had taken a 2 hour drive to get to aunt Lilly's large ranch home.

Out of the house ran 4 children.

They all swarmed around Clarissa.

"Come on now you guys. We have a guest."

"Andrew, these are my children. Well some of them. Sound off!"

From tallest to shortest they lined up.

Up first was a little blue eyed, blonde haired girl who looked to be in junior high.

"I'm Abigail Madison Tate. I am 13, and my favorite cousin in the whole world is Clarissa." She smiled.

Next was a much smaller little boy with sandy brown hair and blue eyes.

"Hi. I'm Kaleb Logan Tate. I am the youngest boy and I like bikes and dogs and I really like snakes, but cousin Clarissa won't buy me one for my birthday."

"Kaleb!" Clarissa intervened.

Andrew then lower himself in front of the boy and asked "does your mom and dad say it's okay?"

"Yes! But Clarie won't buy me one."

"Well maybe this year for your birthday I can get you a nice un-poisonous snake."

Kaleb quickly nodded his head and moved over to Clarissa and stuck out his tongue.

"I'm hurt." She said in mocked shock.

"Well who am I now to meet?" He asked with a smile on his face.

The last two stepped up holding hands. They were identical twins with golden brown hair and brown eyes with green specks. Almost identical to Clarissa's eyes.

"Those beautiful little girls are Alexis and Ailana." Aunt Lilly chirped.

"Bella."

"Moon."

One little girl said after the other.

Andrew smiled and looked up at Clarissa.

"Alexis Bella, Ailana Moon. They just turned 2."

"Ok." Andrew nodded.

Ailana moved over to Andrew and grabbed his nose.

"Aghh." Andrew playfully laughed.

Ailana just giggled and then ran over to Clarissa.

"Up." She commanded.

"Yes. Ma'am." Clarissa said as she picked up Ailana.

"Well are you guys ready to go inside?"

"Yes. Come on Alexis." Clarissa said as she picked up the other twin.

Everyone walked into the house.

Andrew looked around and was amazed at how extravagant the home was.

'I guess all the Elliott family lives beyond lavishly.' He thought.

"Where are the boys?"

"Oh. Their with Henry, they went gaming for dinner."
