Clarissa looked at herself in the mirror, inspecting her outfit.

It was a red dress pants suit a black blouse and stilettos to match. Which she accented with gold jewelry: gold studs and bracelet

She had a share meeting to go to with a Mckeenan& Doolittle.

The two companies had Mckeenan had been under the leadership of Elliott enterprise for a very long time.

Walking out the front door Clarissa entered the already waiting car that Hector had taken action as to starting.

There's was a good 2 hour drive ahead of them, so Clarissa took the liberty of placing a pair of headphones in.

The silence that engulfed her around Hector was deafening.

It had been almost a month, but not quite yet, so she just sat in silence around him.

"Hello Nathaniel." Clarissa greeted as she entered the board room.

"Hi Clarissa. How are you?"

"I'm blessed to be alive." She answered smiling.

"That's good. Ian will be a little late, so he sent Aidan as you can see to fill in for his time missed."

"That is quite alright."

Looking over Nathaniel McKeenan's shoulder she said a hello to Aidan Doolittle. Ian Doolittle's younger cousin and his second in command.

"Ok then let's get started." Clarissa chirped.

"So Clarissa as you know our European accounts have been lacking in financial stability."

"They have?" Clarissa asked confused.

And Nathaniel just the same. "Clarissa you were sent memos about are problem. You didn't receive them?"

Clarissa shook her head no. "Nathaniel you know that if I had know I would have gone over there to get to the bottom of it."

'That is very true' Nathaniel thought. Clarissa was very adamant about keeping companies afloat and having everything in a stable state.

Turning to look at Aidan, Nathaniel's fist started to ball.

"Aidan did you send Ms. Elliott the memos about our European accounts?"

The boy got very pale. "My assistant must've forgot." He answered in a nonchalant tone.

Nathaniel was outraged. "Get out Aidan! Call your damn cousin and tell him to get his ass here now!"

Aidan frowned, but got up and walked out the door.

"I cannot believe that boy!"

"Calm down Nathaniel. Everything will be alright." Clarissa encouraged.

"Clarissa you don't understand, you were to be notified 3 weeks ago. So much has changed since then, and it's all been for the worst." Nathaniel countered in a tone of gloom.

Clarissa thought about it, she had to go and fix things. That was a very long time and in the world of business only a downward spiral could occur.
