I watched as Clarissa pulled out a hundred dollar bill to pay for the cup of chocolate chips we bought.
The ice cream boy took the money and walked behind the counter to get change.
Before he made it back, Clarissa pulled out a card that said keep the change in bold print, and we rushed out the door.
I couldn't believe that she was going to leave ice cream boy that much money.
"You're a saint."
She simply stuck her tongue out to me.
I was happy to get out of there so we could get to Havens Cove.
Chocolate chip chunky monkey for me, and Vanilla bean for Clarissa.
