-Matrix is a Quantum character on the Path of Elation. His Skill lets him trap the enemy in a void filled with blue masks that collide dealing AoE Quantum Elation DMG and reducing enemy Effect RES. Matrix's Ultimate lets him summon a rain of playing cards that fall on the enemies dealing AoE Quantum Elation DMG. After using his Ultimate Matrix's Basic Attack is enhanced to deal AoE Quantum DMG. When the action order reaches the Aha Instant, Matrix uses his Elation Skill trapping enemies in a vortex of masks dealing AoE Quantum Elation DMG and reducing enemy resistance to all elemental types. After the Aha Instant Matrix enters the Certified Banger state that gives the team Card Trick which increases the team's Crit Rate. His Technique lets him put on his shades increasing his personal Elation for the entire battle. (Also in all his combat animations he's wearing an iconic pair of shades that act as his mask)
Lore: Matrix's home world was a peaceful place where he lived with his family...Until it was destroyed, consumed by the Nihility, and Matrix was the only survivor, allowing him to be consumed by the Nihility as well. Becoming a Self-Annihilator because of it. Though he fell so deep into the Nihility that he lost almost all of his memories and his face became nothing but a void. So he traversed the cosmos believing that nothing mattered until he stumbled across Planarcadia and met a young man who convinced Matrix that existence does have meaning. The meaning you give it. The two became close friends, with Matrix slowly getting his memories back because of his newfound love of life. But his face remained a void. So Matrix's friend swore he'd find a way to get Matrix a new face. But Matrix's friend died before he could make that wish come true. Matrix regained his face only realizing that one meaning you can give to life is that it matters because humans only get one. After that Matrix began to spread his newfound joy and love for life and his friend's philosophy all across Planarcadia. Rejecting the Nihility. And without even realizing it.....he became an Emanator of Elation all because Aha said "I like his vibe" and gazed upon him. The Elation always wins I guess.
