First day of school!

BEEP! BEEP! BEEP!

Oh shit! School. I shut my alarm off and jumped in the shower, making sure to shave my legs and use my favorite body wash, shampoo and conditioner to smell delicious! I picked out a cute outfit, black shorts with my Aeropostale floral flowy purple shirt and black gladiator sandals. I got dressed and straightened my wavy medium shiny thick long blonde hair that everyone loved to play with...to add a cute effect. I put Someday Justin Bieber sparkly lotion on my arms and freshly shaved legs. I put my usual makeup routine on; black eyeliner, mascara and my favorite very berry shine lip gloss on. It was six thirty already, time to wake the little rugrats for school.

Waking up Mady was easy, I played her favorite song and she usually shot up out of bed to power dance. I turned my radio up quickly and I'm Sexy And I Know It started blasting. She jumped out of bed and slammed her door open to dance! She was jumping all over the house! The great thing is, that I learned I didn't have to wrestle her to get her up and the plus was that it woke Max up too.

"Turn that off! Max screamed.

I shut off the radio as he requested and he got into the shower. Mady and I went to her room to pick out her clothes for the day. We picked out her favorite Justin Bieber shirt and cute pink shorts with her pink flip flops. Then we brushed her hair into two Dutch braids with pink hair bows on the ends. If you can't already tell... She absolutely loves the color pink. But every girl at her age does.

"What do you think squirt?"

"I love my hair! I look so cute! Thanks Dilly! Love you!"

"Your welcome Mads love you too! Wanna help me get our lunches ready and breakfast? You can watch cartoons if you want!"

"Okay!"

Mady grabbed my hand and we walked down the stairs to the kitchen together. I sat her up on the counter top while I walked over to the fridge. "Mady Boo I packed you a peanut butter and banana sandwich with your fruit funnies a juice box , a gogurt, a cheese stick and pretzels for snack time. Does that sound good?"

"Yeah! It sounds yummy! Dily? Can I ask you something?" Her smile faded to nervousness.

I walked over to her and picked her up. "What's wrong squirt?"

"I'm scared. What if the kids at school don't like me?"

"Oh Mady stop! They'll love you! Just like Mommy, Daddy, Max and I do! You won't have to worry because Max will take you to your classroom and he might have lunch with you!"

"Okay Dily."

I put her back on the counter and put our lunches on the counter. Max came down with Mady's bookbag as well as mine and his.

"Oh thanks Max! I was gonna do that!" he put the bags on the counter and Mady put my lunch and hers in our bookbags.

"Max! Mom laid out lunchtime money for you!"

"Kay." He said.

We made eggs and toast for breakfast with juice. I cleared the dishes away and helped Mady get her sweater and pink Justin Bieber bag on that matched her shirt. We went out to the car and Max buckled Mady in the car. The car ride was silent because we were all kinda nervous. But I mean, c'mon who wouldn't? First day at a new school? Yikes. I tried to ease the tension by turning the radio up in my car. Who would have thought I'm Sexy And I Know It turned on again? We all had a little dance jam in the car that I hoped helped them forget for a second to have fun today. We pulled into the school parking lot and I hugged Mady and Max promising today would be good. They turned and left. I noticed mady's hand gripped as tight as she could to Maxs hand. I smiled. They'll be good... I know it. I started to walk to the doors of my new school, Los Angeles High. I wonder what the kids here are like? I thought. Hopefully good and kind to me. I stopped at the handle, gripping it and pulled the door open walking in.
