Day 10: Ashleigh's POV

Waking up was somehow the worst and best part of my day. The best because I turn to find an adorable text from Harry, every morning, without fail. The worst because, well, I had to deal with everyone else. Whenever Harry and I went anywhere, loads of photos of us were released. People I don't know all of a sudden want to know everything about me and be my friend, or hate me more than anything. I get multiple death threats and thousands of hate comments a day. Harry is always on edge because of it, but I've already learned to not look at it. I have a bad enough self esteem without everyone else pointing out what I see whenever I look at myself. Also, my friends and family HATE that I'm even talking to 'someone like Harry'. Like, what's that supposed to mean? You mean a great, caring, loving guy who cares more about me than anyone else ever has even though we've only known each other a little over a week? If you mean anything other than that, then you need to open your eyes and stop being ignorant. It kills me to know Harry had to hear me arguing with Jenn over the phone. She's never liked Harry, or One Direction. Sees them as a bunch of untalented spoiled brats. I see the opposite. That was our one major disagreement. And now that I was involved with the 'womanizer' of the group, I could understand why she'd be a bit upset. She just doesn't want me to get hurt because I have no experience with guys and he has loads with girls. But I trust him. He's not like that. I hope.

As I finally roll out of bed and start on a pot of coffee, I hear a small knock at my door. I finish up ,and trot over to the door, expecting to see Harry. As I swing open the door, I'm met by Jenn, looking furious.

"Hey! Why didn't you tell me you were coming over? I haven't seen you in ages!"

"Shut it Ashleigh. You know I'm not pleased with you right now. I just wanted to come over and tell you in person where you couldn't hang up on me or rush me off the phone that you NEED to be careful with this boy. You know nothing about guys, and I know a bit too much. And I know boys like him. He's trouble. He's going to take what he wants and leave. And if you don't give him what he wants, he'll get it elsewhere until you give it up. Either way, you're left alone and broken hearted. And you know I'll always be here for you and I know you know deep in your soul that I'm saying all of this out of love and concern for my best friend. I don't want to attack the boy you like, but I'm terrified he's gonna hurt you."

"I know you are. And I hate that you won't even give him a chance or hear me talk about him before you judge him. He's not the guy you see in tabloids. He's tried nothing with me. I kissed him first! He's a great guy Jenn, I promise. He's not going to cheat on me or do anything to intentionally hurt me. He's a good one. Just give him a chance."

"The kid gets one chance but I swear if he hurts my baby sister I'll kill him."

I give her a huge hug, thanking her for giving Harry the chance he deserves.

"But I mean it. I'll kill the boy. I'll shove his doll down his throat till he's dead dead dead."

I break into laughter, gasping for air. Jenn follows suit, both of us hysterically laughing out in the hallway. I have to lean on the door hinge to keep myself up. I hear the door at the end of the hall open, and look up to see Harry. He's smiling at me, obviously enjoying seeing me laugh till I cry.

"What's so funny?", he asks, causing another fit of laughter to explode. I slide down to the floor, convulsing in a laughing hysteria, tears falling from my eyes. Jenn does the same, as Harry makes his way over to us. We both get up, wiping away our tears. Harry helps me up, then Jenn.

"And who is this?"

"I'm Jenn."

"Pleasure to meet you."

"You too."

We make our way inside. I'm so pleased that Jenn is being civil with Harry, and not threatening to kill him with his own doll. The thought makes me smile, shaking my head. Jenn comes up behind me, as Harry makes himself comfortable, sitting at the bar.

"Hey, I just came by to tell you what I did, so I best be getting to work. He seems a lot more down to earth than I'd expected. And the way your face lights up.. No matter what I say girl. You've got it bad. I love you!! We need to go out soon!"

"I love you too!! And yes! We do! Bye bae, have a good day at work!!"

"Your sarcasm isn't appreciated shithead."

I flash her my cheesiest smile, waving goodbye to her. Harry stands, walking over to Jenn.

"It was nice to meet you."

"You too. By the way, if you hurt her, you'll stop breathing. Clear?"

"I wouldn't expect any less. I got it. See you soon?"

"I guess. Bye guys."

Jenn lets herself out, as I stifle a giggle, pouring myself and Harry a cup of coffee each.

"Was that the same girl who hates me?"

"Yup. She promised to give you a chance though. And she means what she says. She will find you."

Harry smiles at me as I walk over to him, placing his cup in front of him. He'd already made his way back over to 'his' bar stool and sat down.

"You look beautiful."

"Ewh, I do not! God, you've never seen me when I've just woken up!! This is soooo not fair Styles!"

"Hush. You look even better this way than when you get all done up. I like it. I have today off, so I though I'd surprise you! SURPRISE!!"

At this point he's shouting in my ear, pulling me into him.

"Harry. Coffee. It's gonna spill."

"Then put it down."

"Sleepy."

I turn to give him pouty lips and eyes, mimicking a pillow with my hands. I sip my coffee and head over to the couch. Harry reluctantly gets up, walking over, and finally taking a seat right next to me on the couch.

"You're not nice."

"I'm very nice. Do you want to see me grumpy? Cuz I don't think you do."

"I didn't even get a hello kiss!"

I lean over and peck him quickly on the lips, pulling away before he can insinuate anything more than that. I honestly love kissing Harry. I sometimes never want to stop. But I want to officially be his before we go any farther than slight making out.

"You are mean!!"

"You hush!"

"Fine. Later. So I was thinking we could have a fun day out? What do you say?"

"Sounds great! Gimme like a half hour to take a shower an get ready. Okay?"

"Why that lonnggg?"

"Long?! That's short! I have to shower then do my makeup and my hair. Now lemme get ready!"

"Can I come?"

He wiggles his eyebrows at me and gives me a cheeky smirk.

"Hmmmmmmm.. Lemme think.... NO!"

I take off running into the bathroom to take a shower.

Harry's POV:

As Ashleigh was getting ready, I went over it all in my head. Today was the day. By tonight, she'd be my girl.
