As soon as Arjun, Sameer, Shree, and Ayesha reach the office, they receive a message at the reception saying that there is a parcel for them—or rather, for Arjun. The parcel has already been kept inside the office.

The moment they enter and see the size of the parcel, their eyes widen in shock.

Shree: Who sent such a huge parcel?

He walks closer and notices a card stuck on top of it. On it, only one line is written:
“For Arjun.”
There is no information about the sender.

Ayesha: Who could have sent this?

Shree: What if there’s a bomb inside?

Sameer: Not possible. It must have been checked at reception. They wouldn’t keep any unknown object inside the office without inspection. But what could be inside such a big parcel? The packing is done so beautifully.

Arjun: Let’s open it.

The moment the parcel is opened, Ayesha screams.

Inside lies Sakshi’s dead body. It is clear at first glance that she died from a gunshot wound. The rope marks on her hands make it evident that she had been tied up. Beside her body lies a letter.

ACP Arjun Rawte
She was very useful, but unfortunately, she had to die. This is just a demo, ACP Arjun Suryakant Rawte. You’ll receive your wife the same way.
If you can save her, then try.
— Sikandar

As soon as Arjun finishes reading the letter, rage floods his eyes. His eyes turn red with anger. In fury, he kicks the chair lying nearby and then punches the glass wall with full force.

Arjun: SIKANDARRRRRRR!

The glass wall shatters. Sameer and Shree rush forward and hold him back.

Sameer: Control yourself, Rawte.

Arjun: Control myself? How, Rathore? That bastard has already snatched my Roshni from me, and now he’s after Riya. He killed Sakshi. How do you expect me to stay calm?

Sameer: That’s exactly what he wants, Rawte—to make you lose control. But will that help? No. We need to think calmly about how to save Riya from him.

Arjun slowly calms down. His eyes are filled with anger—and tears.

Shree: He sent this letter… could it be that Sikandar kidnapped Riya?

Arjun: I still don’t think Riya is with Sikandar. If she were, he wouldn’t have waited this long to hurt her. He wants to see me in pain. He would never miss such an opportunity.

Ayesha: Then where is Riya?

Just then, Arjun’s phone rings. It’s his mother calling. Arjun hesitates, unsure whether to answer or not. If he does, she will surely ask about Riya. How will he tell her that Riya is missing? The way his parents had happily accepted Riya as their daughter-in-law, the way they were so happy for both of them—this news would break them completely. His mother’s health is already fragile. How can he tell her something so heartbreaking?

Sameer: Rawte, pick up the phone.

Arjun: How can I? What if she asks about Riya?

Sameer: If you don’t answer, she’ll get worried.
Arjun finally answers the call.

Mother: Hello Arjun, how are you, my son?

Arjun: I’m fine. How are you? You’re resting properly, right?
