Reminder to Rude Readers

PLEASE READ.

Okay, so in my stories I put an author's note at the very first page and it's the first thing you see when you start reading.

This is a reminder...no actually, this is a shout out to rude readers in Wattpad. (You know who you are.)

It clearly states in my author's note to not comment bull on my stories. Hell, this goes to all stories, even if the author didn't put a note like I did.

You have a right to have an opinion yes, but if your opinion is along the lines of "Bullshit story...nothing interesting. Thanks for wasting my time." or anything that is insulting or rude just keep it to yourself. And yes, that is the latest comment of a reader in this story and the reason for this sudden outburst.

Guys, author's respect the criticism, but no one in their right mind will accept or respect people treating them like dirt, commenting bull about something they worked hard on, telling them that their hard work was a waste of time.

Have the decency to just shut your trap and keep it to yourself. Don't tweet about it, don't tell other users that it sucks, just shut up and let it go.

What's bashing the author gonna do? You wanna ruin lives, is that it? You insult them and take away their confidence? Make them feel like they aren't good enough?

Mind you, people's lives actually get destroyed with stupid people who just speak without thinking.

If you don't like the story, complain all you want in your mind and shut up, don't comment, don't spread it, just shut your trap. Cause honestly, no one appreciates it.

I have read a lot of stories on Wattpad. I admit I have read some that totally suck, but I don't comment rude and insulting things, I just stop and delete it, no one gets hurt. I let other people enjoy the story and not insult the author.

I admit that my story isn't perfect. I'm not asking for people to just comment good things and not criticize it. If you are going to criticize put it in a polite way that it actually helps the author and makes him/ her want to improve and continue writing.

Basically guys, if you don't like the story DONT COMMENT BULL, just stop and delete it.

Honestly, some bashers are lucky that the author's don't screen cap their rude comments and post them somewhere online and embarrass them, like how they embarrassed them in front of their readers.

I apologize for my outburst, but I really hope you guys get my point in this.
