"Finally, tapos na!"

I shouted as soon as makalabas ako ng building namin. It feels so good na tapos na ang isang school year. Of course I had fun learning, but you know what's more fun?

Vacation!

Nag iisip na ako ng pwedeng gawin sa vacation. Should I watch a lot of dramas? Mag plan kaya kami ng outing nina Sim? Is going to Vigan sounds good?

I can't wait!

"Nag d-drawing ka na ba ng outing natin d'yan sa utak mo?"

I was startled by Simone pushing my head using his index finger. Kakatapos lang din siguro ng exam.

I excitedly nodded, "Yup! I heard from an online friend that Vigan is a good place to visit-"

I tapped the empty space beside me to tell Simone to join me, "Have you talk to Aracosa about the preparation?"

"Hindi pa nga, eh. Sakto kasing na-busy tayong lahat sa finals. But there will be a meeting tomorrow, that's for sure."

"We should. I mean, it's urgent. Sa monday na start ng uni days.." May napag uusapan naman na kami sa gc ng SC, pero hindi pa kami nagkaroon ng chance mag meeting ulit dahil sa school works.

"Matapos lang talaga 'tong academic year, I'll make sure we will have the best vacation ever!"

"Wish ko lang.."

"Aw, why? Hindi mo ba kami sasamahan ni Wayne?"

"Company duties.." Vacation season yet he is still required to work at their company? Simone's mom is really evil.

"Mabuti pa mag plano na lang kayo ng travel ni Wayne. Need niyo ng alone time.." He whispered the last sentence so I couldn't hear it.

"Ayan, speaking of the demonyo," Simone pointed at someone using his lips. There's Wayne running towards us, halatang nagmamadali.

"First time ma-late, ah? Bago 'yan."

"I still have time before our exam starts.." Hinihingal na sagot ni Wayne at tinignan ang relo niya.

"Then what are you still doing here? Baka mag start kayo agad.."

Natahimik siya.

Bullet of sweats are forming from his hair down to his cheek. Halata rin sa kilos nito na kinakabahan at balisa siya.

"The thing is, I forgot my sci cal at home.."

"What!?" Sim and I said in unison.

Out of all the things na pwedeng kalimutan, scientific calculator niya pa talaga?

STEM students are required to have a scientific calculator. Gamit na gamit ito lalo na when they are solving math problems. Pwede rin itong magamit sa chemistry since it involves conversion and significant figures.

Nag aalala ako for Wayne dahil mahirap i-mano-mano ang pag solve sa mga ito. Chemistry pa man din ang ite-take nila today.

"I'll try mag ask sa council.." sabi ko at dali-daling umalis, hindi na hinintay ang sagot nila.

I ran as fast as I can until I reached the student council room. Kumatok ako ng tatlong beses at binuksan kaagad ang pinto.

Dahil sa taranta, hindi na ako nagtanong pa kung pwedeng pumasok. And when I entered the room, I only saw one person.
