Simone said when he saw me fixing my things. This is the first time my dad texted me, and I can sense that there is something wrong. Maybe it is an emergency? Why is it so sudden? May nagawa na naman ba ako na ikinagalit niya?

"Dad texted me. I think it is something important so I'm heading home now. I'm sorry, guys. I'll make bawi talaga next time." I clasped my hands to gestured 'sorry'.

"Oh, so your parents are home." Wayne stated with a hopeful look on his face.

"Baka mag bonding sila niyan." Simone giggled.

I hope so.

Sana nga bonding ang abutan ko mamaya sa bahay.

"I'll get going now. Take care pauwi ha. 'Wag kayo uuwi ng late." I reminded them.

"Kami pa talaga sinabihan mo ng ganyan? Pero go na teh, baka naghihintay na sina Tito. Enjoy kayo!"

"You should at least finish your drink before going home. Sayang naman 'to kung hindi mo uubusin."

Matapos inumin ang caramel macchiato I picked my things and ready to go out of the cafe, but Wayne called me and gestured me to come closer. Kumuha siya ng tissue sa bag niya then he gently wiped the cream sa itaas ng lip ko.

Simone suddenly cleared his throat at tumingin sa'ming dalawa ni Wayne na parang nanunukso.

He muttered something that I didn't hear.

"T-thanks—I'll go ahead na!" I waved my hands to signale goodbye.
