Terriel shuffled around, expecting to be either on the carpeted floor of his bedroom or at least not in the game, but as soon as it registered that he was still sleeping on a hard tile floor, he groaned and rolled over. Opening his eyes, he found himself still backstage, with what appeared to be a good sized rag attempting to be a replacement for a blanket. And the pillow?...

"Why am I sleeping on a Bonnie head?" Terriel asked sleepily, staring at the disembodied head, seemingly unfazed by it.

"Beats me, ask Freddy." Bonnie replied. Terriel blinked and looked up at the purple animatronic. He still couldn't understand the words, but the tone was readable enough. Terriel sat up and looked around. There was a spooky scary endoskeleton sitting on the table, which sent a shudder up the player's spine, as it was staring at him. As if that wasn't creepy enough, something told Terriel that there was a good chance that thing had been watching him all night... or day since he did sleep from 6AM to 12PM.

Standing up, Terriel began to walk around the room, fiddling with the soulless heads and the endoskeleton to try to erase the boredom from existence- at one point staring into the camera like someone was watching. "Lookit me..." He laughed, smiling as he stood on his tippy-toes to reach the camera. "I'm the new spooky animatronic." Bonnie chuckled as he leaned against the table, watching the teen carry out his antics.

"Oh, there you are." Terriel whipped around to see Golden Freddy walk into the room, smiling softly. "I thought you had gone off with Freddy or Foxy or something."

"Nah, he just got up, like an hour ago."

     "Oh."

"Hey... do you guys have anything to eat?" Terriel asked, cutting into the conversation. At that moment, the backstage door slammed open, causing everyone inside to jump and Terriel to scream.

"WE HAVE PIZZA!" Chica screamed, looking around excitedly, completely overlooking Terriel, who was currently clinging to Bonnie. After not getting a response, she sighed. "It's still early I guess. I'll just hang out with Freddy I guess..." Terriel blinked, and eventually jumped off of the purple animatronic.

      "So, uh... what n-"

     "BOO!"

Terriel screamed once again, and Bonnie only groaned as Foxy emerged from the shadows, laughing his head off. "Foxy, seriously? Like, come on. We don't want to give him a heart attack." Foxy only laughed harder, and Terriel stood back up from falling on his butt, pouting as he crossed his arms.

"You know what. Fine. I'll get food by myself." The player remarked, and before the animatronics could react he was already out the door, on his way to the kitchen.

"Crap, the Glitch is still out there! It'll kill him!" Gold yelled, and Bonnie and Foxy looked at each other.

"Foxy," Bonnie said, looking at the pirate. "Go follow Terriel. He'll need a quick escape if everything goes wrong." Foxy nodded and left, and Bonnie looked at Golden Freddy. "Are you telling me that that player is going to survive?"

"Are you telling me you have a better idea?"

     "I... well...no."

     "Then deal with it."

Terriel stepped into the kitchen, and wasn't surprised to find the place a complete mess, Chica did make a huge racket in there throughout his time in the game. Looking around, he smiled. It was a large kitchen, and impressive too. Large fridges and freezers, pots and pans hanging above stoves and ovens, and a few scattered sinks. Right above one of the freezers, Terriel spotted a security camera. It didn't look broken, but this was a video game. Anything could happen, he knew that first hand. Opening the freezer, he saw nothing but frozen pizzas, and the fridge was populated with produce and other ingredients. No apples or anything of the sort though, so nothing really appetizing, unless you count eating a whole clove of garlic or raw onion appetizing. Sighing, the player looked around, trying to figure out where else food could be present. Looking up, he saw cabinets on either side of the stoves, maybe there was stuff up there?

Climbing up onto the stove, he began opening the cabinets, and lo and behold, in one of the cabinets sat a small pile of potato chip bags, all unopened. "Finally..." Terriel muttered to himself, grabbing one of the bags and attempting to open it. "What the... Whatever universe this is, bags don't open normally apparently." He said aloud, as he tried for another minute to open the bag. "Well that's stupid." Searching the many drawers that were scattered around the room, he managed to find a knife. It wasn't scissors, but it would have to do. Smiling, he cut a small sliver in the bag and ripped along the sliver, finally getting the bag open. "That took waaaaaay too long." He said to himself, but as he went to put the knife away, he hesitated. He didn't feel safe putting it away... almost like...

Almost like someone was watching him.

Terriel bit his lip. He was about to break the biggest rule of horror games, but it was either turn around or die.

                                                                                 So he turned around.

It was in the doorway. The Glitch, just sort of... floating there. Well, it was just a bunch of black mist, seeping out to the rest of the room, but right in the doorway stood a humanoid figure, seemingly comprised out of the mist. Terriel gripped the knife, looking at the figure. He couldn't tell if it had a face or not, but he knew it was watching him. For a millisecond, Terriel panicked. His eyes flickered around the room, looking for another route.

He found one. Another door which, from a second of deduction, hopefully led into the east hall. He shifted the knife in his hand, and changed his stance slightly. 'Three... two... one... go.' At that moment, he knew the knife at the figure- and it sailed right through the Glitch. Terriel was only half surprised, it was made out of mist after all, but the knife served its purpose. The second the knife left Terriel's grasp, he sprinted towards the door, and the knife provided the few seconds of distraction that he needed to get out of the room.

Almost immediately after he exited the room, however, Terriel crashed right into Foxy. "Terriel?! What are you-"

"No time! JUST RUN!" Terriel yelled, grabbing the animatronic's arm and sprinting off, pulling Foxy along. The pirate looked back to see what Terriel was running from, only to see the Glitch looking down the hall, clearly mad that Terriel escaped. The two sprinted down the hall, did a U-turn when they reached the office, and tried to run even faster as they ran up the west hall. As they reached the dining hall, Terriel screamed as he saw the glitch suddenly materialize to his right. "NO PLEASE!!!" The player yelled, taking a sharp left and slamming the door open, nearly throwing himself into the room. Foxy closed the door behind them, and tenseness hung in the air as Freddy, Chica, Bonnie, and Golden Freddy stared at the two as they collapsed, leaning against the door. Well, until Terriel started eating his chips.

"What the hell happened?!" Freddy yelled, looking at the two. Terriel just looked up at him and continued to eat the chips.

"Well, if someone hadn't gone off to the kitchens, we wouldn't have been attached by the Glitch!"

"He went off by himself?..." Freddy sounded like he was going to murder someone, or at least explode, and Gold only could prepare himself to translate.

"WHAT WERE YOU THINKING?! YOU COULD'VE DIED!"

"But I didn't." Terriel replied smoothly, still munching on his chips.

"YOU KNEW THE GLITCH WAS OUT THERE!"

"Yeah, but I escaped it. So..."

Freddy was shaking out of anger, and Terriel only calmly looked up at the animatronic, munching on his chips. He looked... cocky?... Terriel glanced up at the clock and blinked. "Huh, it's already 5AM, time flies by when you're avoiding death."

A few minutes of tense stare-off'ing, Freddy turned around and stormed off. The rest of the group dispersed soon after, leaving Terriel to eat his chips and Golden Freddy to watch Terriel eat his chips. "You're lucky to be alive, you know." Gold said, just as the clock hit 6AM.

Terriel only chuckled. "More than you think." And with that he submitted to unconsciousness.
