"Well I will take my leave sister watch your back. I feel that that girl that came that one time may come back you may have to chase her way with stronger words then you did last time", said the man.
"Oh I know what I will do if she comes back. I am ready if she does brother of mine. Oh, I am very ready if she tries to come close to him again. Through I do not think she will. I made her run into the night with tears last time. She won't be coming back if she knows what will be good for her", said Jun fiancé.
"My sister always feeling like she can do anything doesn't think that she won't come back. There something that can be said for the unknowing it something that can not be counted out in situations like this sister", said the man.
"My dear Rylope there is something to do said for believing that everything bad will happen you know. It unbecomes you know that right", said Jun's fiancé.
"My My Sofia you have become very naughty in your times in the states it is very crazy for you to say such things but do be careful I feel eyes blaring at you here you don't want people to think that you don't care for Jun know do you", said Rylope.
"Well goodbye good brother your talk has moved me. I will remember my place here and take good care of my Jun", said Sofia.
"Bye Bye ma mare", said Rylope.
He waves as he walks away and walks out of the room. Burt moves so that she cannot see him.
"Mon mare, what a fool like I don't understand him. I wonder how Jun doing", said Sofia.
Sofia then walks toward Jun door, but stops for a second and smells the air she then pulls out a perfume bottle and sprays herself before going into the room. Jun waits in the hallway for about thirty minutes until he sees her move from the room.
"Jun I am going to get some food from downstairs I'll be right back honey", said Sofia.
In the background, Burt can hear Jun's voice say ok baby. Burt waits until she leaves then walks into the room.
"Burt wow I would not think that you would be here isn't there a mission today at night you don't want to be late. I bet you missed the meeting hanging with me huh", said Jun.
"Oh no it ok I thought you needed to see someone from there for a while I think it always best to see people to get better but hey your getting out soon so maybe I'm wrong", said Burt.
"Well Burt if I wasn't a special as the doctors say then I would not be able to my body shelled most of the force and the rest just needed time to do the rest of the work I haven't been gone long. Has anybody asked about me recently", said Jun.
"She still not coming to see you huh", said Burt.
"Yeah I asked Sofia she said she never came not even after it happen it so weird to think that she would not come but she has always been a little stand offish when it comes to hospitals you know. There haven't been a lot of good things that happen when she goes there. She mostly goes to see friends and family die," said Jun.
"Well I thought I remember seeing you the day of but maybe I'm wrong but I don't want to say that Sofia is wrong. Don't worry sometimes it hard for people to let go so they can move forward in time she will learn that life is constant and she cannot stand still even with a job like hers. She needs to learn that death is part of the job description", said Burt.
"Well maybe you're right but I still worry about her. She all I got well except Sofia and I always told her I would take care of her. So when I got hurt I thought she would be here to take care of me", said Jun.
"Hey when I say don't do not worry ok I will talk with her ok", said Burt.
"Burt you know we know each for such a short time but I feel like I known you all my life. Like we have met before", said Jun.
"Well I get that a lot when you lived as long as you. You get the chance to meet many people and do many things. Maybe in the past our paths crossed paths you never know. I didn't always live in England or the south", said Burt.
"Well maybe when I get out we can talk about our past like why is your file in complete that something we all want to know about. Are you some secret agent for the British intelligence", said Jun.
"Oh no I'm an old crazy man who have lived through many things and have a lot of experience and seen many things. It the good thing about getting older you know", said Burt.
"You know it the old crazy men in your life who surprise you with things you have never seen before. Like your weapon, it dates back to the middle ages. Now how does an old man have something like that as a weapon now huh", said Jun.
"Well can't an old man have something he can have all for himself for once? Anyway, my good prince of Maine I have to go. There a mission today and I can't keep the young ones waiting they make think I can't hold my own you know", said Burt.
"Well you could wait for Sofia you always seem to miss her. She likes you lot you know. ", said Jun.
"Well next time I will stay but hey by that time you will be out of here. I will make sure to come to the house and have tea with you both", said Burt.
"I'll tell her. You know her blood budding is to die for you know", said Jun.
"Well I will make sure to try it when I come over", said Burt.
He nodded his head to thank and tipped his hat to the nurse outside as he walked out. He then looked back in and smiled at Jun. Jun smiled back and he turned to walk outside of the hospital. Sofia walked in and started to smell the air as she walked in and started to spray the air. Jun coughed a little and covered his mouth.
Sofia why are spraying the air like that what do you smell. ", said Jun.
"I smell something I don't like can't you smell it. It horrible I have to get it away from me", said Sofia.
"I can't smell a thing you being paranoid and you're making me crazy. When Burt comes over to visit after I get out of the hospital you have to promise me you won't spray that stuff any where near him", said Jun.
"Wait he is coming to see us. When did you say it was ok to do this? When did you last see him? ", said Sofia.
"He was just right here Sofia. Why are being so crazy ever since I got in the hospital you have been so distant and crazy always having long breaks just doing things is there something you have to tell me", said Jun.
"No there is nothing I have to tell you I just have something I need to know Jun", said Sofia.
"Oh, and what that Sofia. You know everything about me what else did you need to know", said Jun.
"I just need to know that you love me and want to be with me", said Sofia.
"Of course I do baby it just that I worry about you. You seem to be not getting used to living in America we have lived here for over a year and you still seem to be not ok here. You have no friends all you talk to is your relatives. Why can't you just get a job and interact with people instead of sitting at home", said Jun.
"I left my home for you because I wanted to see the world through your eyes. I just need time baby soon you will see what I am made of ok honey now let watch some TV and let not worry about stuff", said Sofia.
He shrugged his head and agreed and she sat down next to him in bed and turn on the TV. On the other side of town, a hour later the group arrived at mission point and was suiting up. When they spotted Burt car driving up towards them.
"Burt what the hell took you so long we have been waiting on you", said Sam?
"Hell I've been at hospital there something I got to talk to you about with Jun and his girlfriend", said Burt.
"Burt after the mission you can tell me anything but right now I need to brief you on what we are doing before we go in. Today we have an illegal gambling ring we got to burst very quietly there are illegal but we need to protect the legals here there been a rash of hate crimes around here and the city doesn't want a war to creep while we being looked at for the games ok. Oh yeah there one problem for the job", said Sam.
"Oh what that there are wolfs guarding the place", said Burt.
"Oh I wish that was true we got a report of a pure blood running the place. We need to come quiet and very direct and find him. I need you to find him but do not go in hott; I believe that your file is empty because there something you are not telling me. I don't know what it is but I got a feeling you can handle a pure blood alone. If I'm wrong, tell me now. Finding replacement for group members is hard there not many applications for a job that most people die from within the first three years. So can you handle the mission I'm giving you", said Sam.
"I can handle it but why would you risk so much on a hunch like this", said Burt.
"It my opinion since I have been working in Special Forces that people no matter small or big can surprise you when the chips are down. There been any times the least likely person is the person that has the greatest power out of all the people you see", said Sam.
"Right everyone come right here in front of me", said Sam.
They stood in a circle around her.
"Right everyone this is how we are going to do this Tim and tom you are coming in cold in the front and hot in the back that means are guns will not be drawn. We need to keep this very hush hush. We will ask them to leave, but when I make the signal right right through the walkie-talkie that will be hot through out the mission the rest will come in. Be ready will the special bullets for the pure blood. We want to bring him in alive. The government wants to talk to him. Everyone else can be killed within reason. We can take people but the city wants it to be known organize crime will not be tolerated here in the city by vampire or human. It there any questions", said Sam,
"Yeah there one questions for me. Your saying the city wants a quiet blood bath", said Leron.
"I'm saying the city wants a message put out that we mean business there is no rules and no protocol here since there are no registered vampires here. Through I want you all to check when you can. If w fuck this up we could all get can or go to jail for this", said Sam.
"Sam I don't want to kill everything in sight for this mission ok this is bullshit this is a massacre and you know it", said Leron.
"I don't want you guys to come in hot for a reason I want to resolve this without blood shed but I know with a pure blood here we may need to get to that point ok. I feel uneasy about this too but another group would not care about this we need to also show to the vampire community that we can be fair. I want this mission to be clean ok. We are not crocked cops ok. We need to do this as clean as possible for not just our sakes but for the people in their. Let bring everyone out alive ok. Do not shoot unless you need to ok. Let get into position ok", said Sam.
Burt and Leron walk around the back with their guns already ready to fire then. They signal roger on their walkie-talkie. After that Tom, Tim and Sam position themselves out side the main door ready to go through the door. They load their guns but put them to the side. She signals the walkie's on and the clicks are heard through all of them one after another.
"Ready Set Go", said Sam.
