Corey's POV
I awoke to the sound of something snap from behind me. There were more snapping, and each time one sounded, the ropes that held me in place seemed to be letting loose. What is happening and who's there?! I started squirming in confusion. That's when I was startled by Carrie's sudden voice. "Don't move Riffin." she said in a flat tone. I stopped and she continued to cut the rope. Soon, I was free. Thank goodness! I looked at Carrie, who averted her eyes from my gaze. Really, I didn't know what to feel right now. Happy, surprised? Thankful, confused? Shocked? I guess you could say I was feeling a mix of all that.

"T-Thanks, Carrie..." I stuttered. I still couldn't get over the fact that she would do that. She was my worst enemy! Well I guess she didn't have to be right at this second... Carrie just gave me a shrug. "It was nothing, really." she replied. What? That was basically everything!

Carrie's POV
Finally, we're both free. Well, except that I'm free from all the things that used to bother my mind. But first, I still have to get Riffin out of here. It's no problem, as long as BB doesn't find out. Thankfully, I know she's too busy serving his sister right now. More like, all the time. I looked at Riffin, gesturing him to follow me. Nobody was here at the moment, so we slipped out easily. We then snuck over to his place. I turned around and this time he took the lead. The house seemed empty inside, but Trina's talking filled the place. Riffin led me to his room, and we "hid" there.

"Welcome back to freedom!" I said. He chuckled. "Thanks again." I looked at him and rolled my eyes. "Don't mention it." I muttered. It became awfully silent afterwards. "Hey, I remember your friends are looking for you."I brought up, making him jump. Riffin ran out of the room, leaving me behind. Although, I quietly followed behind him. Oh, this wasn't going to end very well...
