"No! No! no,no,no." Ariana hysterically cried "She can't go! Not yet, no!"
Ariana cried harder at the sight of her daughter struggle to breath. With every breath it became harder for the baby girl. Ariana dropped to her knees front of Sean, who was holding the baby, and held her tiny little hands. At this point both Ariana and Sean were in tears.
Nothing could ever prepare a parent to see their child stop breathing. Her struggle for breath just stopped, her chest stopped rising and falling, the little grip she hand on Ariana's finger was gone.
Sean brought Ariana up and to his chest, the baby in-between them and just held them, that's all he could do, that's all he wanted to do. Ariana cried, and cried harder and harder.
Ariana crying died down when she heard little muffled whimpers.
Her breathing stopped but only briefly , Everyone was surprised to see her open her eyes and stretch herself. Everyone was beyond surprised and confused. They saw her stop breathing, her body was limp.
"I don't understand," Dr. Fowler said looking through her paper work again for the 5th time "She couldn't of been able to survive this long, but she seems fine her breathing is more stable than it has ever been."
She was currently laying the incubator with Anthony next to her. They were kicking their feet like any other healthy baby would be doing. She looked so healthy right now yet just the night before they were prepared to say goodbye to her.
Dr. Fowler took some blood so she could do some test to measure the levels of oxygen and carbon dioxide in her blood. She even took and X-ray but all the test she took came back good nothing was wrong like any other healthier one month old should be, except for her weight she was still a few pounds under weight until she would be able to leave the hospital.
*********
She stayed in the hospital for a week. Ariana and Sean still came everyday with Anthony. Ariana had to pump milk for her since the boob wasn't working out with her like it was for Anthony. They also wanted Anthony and her to see each other as much as possible and bond more.
Everything was going great by the end of the week. Her breathing was much better she didn't need as much oxygen and she gained some weight. It was unbelievable that just a a week prior they were preparing to say goodbye to her. She was a beautiful gift from heaven.
"I don't see why she needs to stay here anymore, her breathing is perfectly fine, she's gained weight. No reason why she couldn't go home with you today." Dr. Fowler told Ariana and Sean
"We really get to take her home?" Ariana asked the doctor
"Yes, she's as healthy as a baby can be, and ready to be with her family."
Ariana signed the discharge papers and Sean went to get the car. They were more the happy to finally have her come home with them, they were tired of going to the hospital every day and having to say goodbye to her every day.
Sean was in the one driving while Ariana was the one squeezed in-between the twins in the back seat.
"We need a bigger car." Ariana said "it's so squished back here."
"We have the Range Rover." Sean told her "We'll probably use the Range Rover more than the Mercedes."
"True,"
"You know babe, we didn't actually celebrate our anniversary." Sean said taking a glance in the rear view mirror
"Yeah, we haven't. The twins were born on our anniversary." Ariana said "We got the most amazing anniversary gifts there is."
"Yes we did."
Sean pulled into the gates of their home and parked the car. And opened the back seat door to let Ariana out. Sean and Ariana entered Sean carried both car seats, since Ariana still wasn't completely able to carry anything heavy.
Walking in the house, Sean set the carriers down in the living room and gently took them out. They just sat and watched them.
It was just amazing and so surreal that the both of them created the two of theses adorable little human beings.
You could see the resemblance they had to Ariana and Sean. They were a perfect mix. With their creamy mocha skin and head full of curly black hair. He got Sean's ears and she got Ariana's lips, they both had Sean's nose and Ariana's eyes.
**********
Currently Sean and Ariana were in the kitchen eating while the twins were down for a nap after hours of screaming crying. From calming the screaming cries, feeding, changing they were exhausted, and it was just the first few hours of parenthood.
"Ariana Grande. I haven't heard from you in days." Joan said walking into the house using the key she had. Joan walked through the house and finally found Ariana and Sean in the kitchen.
"Ariana, I've been calling your name for the past 5 minutes." She said entering the kitchen"Mom? What are you doing here."
"What am I doing here? Ariana, you had me worried sick. You said you call me later, a week ago and I heard nothing from you. You looked like you were going to fall apart when I dropped you at home after the hospital."
"Oh my god, I completely forgot. I'm sorry, a lot has happened this week" she told her mother
"What happened that you couldn't of called your mother all week?"
"Well, come with me." Ariana said walking upstairs with her mother following. Sean cleaned up the kitchen quickly then followed beind.
Ariana brought her mom upstairs into the room the twins were sleeping in. Ariana stood in front of the crib and looked down at the two sleeping angles.
"We thought we were going to lose her, but thank God she's here with us and healthy." Sean said "We're blessed"
"Mom, meet Anthony's twin sister. Nevaeh Bellissima Millie Anderson. Born January 1st 12:28 2 lbs 1oz"
