Ariana had her mom drop her and Anthony off at home, Sean wasn't there when the got home and Ariana didn't know where he would be. Walking though the front door with Anthony's car seat in hand, Ariana couldn't hold the tears back anymore and let out a sob. She leaned against the door and slid down. She sat on the floor and just cried.

"I failed," Ariana sobbed to her son "I failed as mother already, and it's only been a month. I had one job and that was to give you and your sister a safe place and keep you safe inside my womb, keep you till term, give you the nutrition you needed. But i couldn't even do that." Ariana took Anthony out of the car seat and held him close to her chest

"I'm sorry, I'm so sorry, I'm sorry." Ariana kept repeating crying the whole time

It was unfair to her that she had to say goodbye to her baby girl. She needed Sean but he wasn't here, he was no where to be found.

Ariana tried calling Sean, texting him but she got nothing. She was getting worried. She was sitting in their bed with a distressed Anthony in her arms, it was like he knew something was wrong. His cries turned to screams and his face was started to change colours. He has never been like this before and she was scared that if he cried any longer he could suffocate.

"C'mon baby, it's okay." Ariana said holding him close to her trying to sooth him. He just screamed louder

At this point Ariana wanted to cry too. Buts she was done with crying, she needed to be strong for her son. If Sean wasn't going to be here for them then she would have to be strong for the both of him. She wished Sean would understand that it's hurting her ju at as much as it was hurting him, this is the time where they should be together because this was time that they would need each other the most.

Ariana decided to bring Anthony into the studio as her last resolution. She always feels better when listening to music, maybe it'll sooth him down. Ariana turned on a few tracks that she has been working on, maybe he could help her chose with one she should do.

"What do you think of this one?" Ariana said and played the first one that her and her engineer were working on.

"We're gonna be alright." Ariana kept humming to him rocking him gently in her arms as the music played. Anthony settled down and looked up at Ariana and just watched her

Sean sat on the grass and watched the swans swim in the pond. He would bring his kids here when they got a little older and his special spot would become theirs too. Playing on the grass running around and laughing.

Tears rolled freely down Sean's face as he thought about his baby girl. She's so small and innocent she dose not deserve what life was throwing at her. She never even got a real chance at life, he would life has been in a plastic box. It wasn't fair.

The tears wouldn't stop. Why would this be happening to his family. Everything was good they were happy. He doesn't belive that he could survive if she were to... die, she was already his life, he already loved her more than life it's self.

Sean dialed his mom's number and hopped it wasn't too late her time and that she would answer the phone.

"Hello?" Myra said answering on the third ring.

"Mom," Sean said, his voice cracking "It's bad, it's so bad she might not make it." He cried into the phone

Sean stood in front of the doors of the NICU, he wasn't looking at his baby girl through the window. Sean finally stopped crying and drove over to the hospital, he never did get to spend time with her today. He had to show her that he loved her that she was loved.

"Hi baby girl," Sean said walking over to the incubator she was in and putting his hand through to touch hers. This was the most contact his ever had and the though of that broke his heart even more

Ariana stood in front of the doors and watched Sean as he interacted with their daughter. It was a bitter sweet moment, it was so sweet to see Sean just interact with their baby girl but with the decision that had to be made just made it sad, they were going to be saying goodbye to her before they even got the chance to really say hello.

riana opened the door and got Sean's attention, she entered with Anthony in her arms.

"Hey," Sean said walking over to Ariana "I'm sorry, I'm so sorry I shouldn't of just left like that, I know it's just as hard maybe even harder for you than it is for me."

"I needed you," Ariana said looking at Sean "I really needed you." She said a tear escaping her eye

"I'm so sorry," Sean said wrapping his arms around her.

"Are you guys sure," Dr. Fowler asked them for reassurance that they knew what they were doing.

"We don't want to see her suffering anymore," Sean said,

He tightened his grip on Ariana as they watched the doctor turn off all the machines that were helping their baby girl breath, and pull out all the tubes and wires attached to her.

Ariana turned away and buried her face in Sean's chest, they both silently cried.
