Doctor: FAMILY OF KING MENA

Erica/Cyn: That's us

Doctor: I'm Doctor Chris

Erica: I'm Erica and this is my fiancé Cyn

Cyn: So how is he

Chris: He's stable but he was injured very badly....Broken ribs, scratches, and bruises but we are monitoring his back and legs

Cyn: Why

Chris: Well we think he might be paralyzed

Erica: ARE YOU SERIOUS

Cyn: Look can we see him

Chris: Yes

Erica: Can y'all tell Raul to come in the back when he gets in here

Sonia: Okay

Chris: Who is Raul

Cyn: He's King father

Chris: Okay

Erica and Cyn follow the doc to his room and when they saw him they broke down

Erica:*crying and looking at King* My baby boy

Cyn:*crying* I can't believe this happened to him

Erica: Why can't we ever be happy

Cyn: I don't know but we need to do something about it

Raul:*coming in* How is he

Erica: He's stable

Cyn: We are just waiting for him to wake up

Raul: How did this happen

Cyn: We don't know

Raul: I'm going to find the person that did this to him and then I'm going to kill them

Cyn: No Raul....We need to be strong for King

*machine goes off*

Erica: KING

Cyn: King *scared*

Raul: Son

King:*opens his eyes*

Erica: King baby.....Can you hear mommy

King:*shakes his head*

Cyn: You know who we are

King:*shakes his head no*

Erica: You know who I am

King:*shake his head yes*

Raul: Do you know who I am son

King:*shakes his head yes*

Cyn: You know me King

King:*shakes his head no*

Cyn: You don't remember at all King

King:*shakes his head no*

Cyn:*crying and sits in the chair*

Raul: He doesn't know who his mama is Mena

Erica: King that's your mama Cyn *pointing at Cyn*

King:*tries to talk* N-N-N-NO....You and dad are my parents and we are a family

Cyn:*looks up in sadness*

Erica:*walks over to Cyn* Babe

Cyn: It's okay E....I'll leave y'all alone *walks out*

Raul: He will remember in time Mena

Erica: I hope so Raul

*meanwhile out in the waiting area*

Sonia: I hope he's fine

Brain: Yeah me too

Jennifer: He's gonna be okay

Jason: Yes he will

Cyn:*walking to them in a daze*

Sonia: Cyn mija

Jennifer: Cyn baby what's wrong

Cyn:*sits and starts crying*

Sonia: Everybody can y'all give me Cyn and Jennifer some time alone

*everybody leaves*

Jennifer: What's wrong mija

Sonia: Tell us baby.......What's going on with King

Cyn:*looks up at them* He um He um *clears her throat* King doesn't remember me

Sonia: Are you serious mija

Cyn: Yes and he thinks Erica and Raul are together

Jennifer: Really

Cyn: We can't get married if King doesn't know who I am to him and to his mommy

Sonia: He will in time babe...When's the wedding

Cyn: Next month on his birthday

Sonia: That's 3 weeks from now

Cyn: Yep and if he can't remember anything then the wedding is OFF

Cyn leaves and Albee takes her home and everyone else leaves except Sonia and Jennifer

*meanwhile with Erica*

Erica:*holding King's hand* King

King: Yes mommy

Erica: Never mind *gets up*

Raul: Hey King we will be back

King: Okay

Raul: Come with me Mena

Erica: Okay *walks out the door*

Raul: Erica where's Cyn

Erica: I don't know

Raul: We need to tell him Mena

Erica: I don't want to spring this on him

Raul: He needs to know Mena

Erica: I know Raul

Raul: Y'all supposed to be getting married Mena

Erica: I know......If he can't remember Cyn then the wedding is off and I guess Cyn and I won't be together

Raul: Don't say that Mena.....He will remember her

Erica: I hope so

Raul: Mena go be with your fiancé and I will stay with King and if anything changes I will call you up

Erica: Okay

Erica:*walks back in the room* Hey King

King: Yes mommy

Erica: I'm leaving and I wanted to let you know

King: Okay

Erica leaves and goes home and Raul stays with King for the night. Cyn and Erica's parents left and went home and got some rest. When Erica got back to the house, she saw something she didn't want to see

Erica:*walks in the house* CYN....CYN.....BABY

Cyn:*walks downstairs* Erica

Erica: Baby *runs to Cyn and holds her* Baby where are you going

Cyn: I'm staying with my parents for a while

Erica: Why babe

Cyn: I don't want to confuse King

Erica: You won't babe.....Raul and I will tell him

Cyn: When you do I will still be at my parents' house

Erica: Okay Cyn *kisses Cyn* I love you

Cyn:*kissing back* I love you too
