Getting a Dog

You had always wanted a dog, so did Dan. You had just moved into an apartment building that aloud animals. You were so excited, you had always wanted a pug! You had a pug when you were little, but sadly it ran away.

When you got to the pet store you ran to the front counter. You had already come a couple days prior to pick out a dog. They had taken care of her while you set up your apartment. The woman at the counter lifted up a little tiny pug. The pug had a little black face with a tiny little nose that looked like it had been hit with a frying pan. She had tan fur with little dark streaks in it. The dog was absolutely amazing. The drive home was a crazy one. The dog sat on your lap and barked at cars, until you got home, then she barked at the neighbors. When you finally got to the apartment you decided to name the dog. "What about Kit?" Dan says you've been trying to name the dog for an hour now. "How about Pebbles?" You say. Dan smiles "I love it!" He says clapping. "Pebbles come here!" You say to the small dog running around the couch. She immediately sprung up into your lap and licked your face. She liked the name!

It's about a year later and Pebbles has grown so much! She was a big chubby dog because she eats everything that falls on the floor. Except for vegetables she didn't like those much. She loved to run around and she always slept in your room. Your place was covered in dog hair! It was everywhere, in your clothes, always on your phone screen, just everywhere. You often took her on walks so you had become a healthier person. That dog was one of the best things ever and you loved her.
