Hi! This is Sky. I want to inform you a bit about this fanfiction.
Because sadly, it hits really close to home with many.
Multiple Sclerosis (M.S) is an illness that kills brain cells.
There are three stages:
Stage 1:
This is the beginning, there isn't much pain, but it tends to cause headaches, vomiting, and small problems functioning.
Stage 2:
It is where your hands and legs quit working right, your hair falls out, and you begin to forget thing. By this time, you shouldn't be walking or talking, but sometimes there are miracles when this step is just the process of the body shutting down. You can still walk and talk, though you may not be able to say certain words, or your speech and tone will slur together.
Stage 3:
This is the last stage before death. You become paralyzed and you cannot speak. The medication you have been taking to slow down the process begins to weaken. You know you are close to death.
This is a sad fate.
Someone once said to me, "I wish I had cancer instead of M.S."
I didn't know why.
Cancer patients have a chance. Whereas M.S. patients have absolutely no cure, other than death.
This will be a sad fanfiction.
Though, it will have meaning.
Love to live, live a life to love because, you never know when you will have not a life to live.
