Chapter 39

Matt came out of the shower, with a white towel wrapped around his waist. I looked up and stared at him. "Enjoying the view?" he asked, smirking. I looked away, blushing.

"Cmon no need to be shy," he said, "We both already explored if you know what I mean." he said, chuckling. I tensed up. "Babe..." he said as he put on some pants and sat down next to me. "What's going on?" he asked.

"Nothing." I lied. I hated lying to him but I couldn't tell him I think I was pregnant, I didn't want to risk him leaving me.

"You sure baby?" he asked as he put my hair behind my ear. I nodded. "Love you." Matt said and kissed my cheek.

"I love you too." I said. Matt got up to put on a shirt and I got up and grabbed my bag, throwing my phone in it as well.

"Where are you headed?" he asked.

"to get some uhhh painkillers," I said, partially lying. I was planning on headiness to the pharmacy and getting a... gulp... pregnancy test, and then some painkillers for my headache, caused by all this stress.

"Oh." Matt said as he smirked, "I guess i did a good job eh?" He asked.

"No Matthew." I said, "I have a headache and I need some Advil."

"oh." Matt said, his smirk disappearing. I giggled and gave him and kiss on the cheek. "I'll be back in a while, bye babe." I said.

"Bye Babe." he said as he sat on the bed. I grabbed my keys then went out. I got in my car and put the keys in, putting on some music while I drove. I drove to the closest pharmacy and grabbed a pregnancy test, and some advil, quickly and walked to the cash register and payed what I owed and wuickly went to my car. I locked the doors and put the keys in. My phone went off and I grabbed it from my bag. It was a text... from Matt.

Matty: Hey baby, I'm headed out to get some snacks, any preferences?

I sighed, knowing i won't have to worry about Matt walking in on me taking the test, when i got back, I texted him back.

Jen: Veggie sticks?

I instantly got a text back from Matt, which made me giggle.

Matty: how are you so healthy? Ugh i'm jealous.

Jen: Love youuuuuu

Matty: I love you too baby.

Jen: I gtg I'll ttyl.

Matty: Bai <3

I sighed as I put my phone away, back into my purse. I drove back to the hotel and wet back to my room. I quickly ran to the bathroom and locked the door. I took the test and cleaned it up and put it on the counter top, waiting for the result. I walked back out and got a water bottle and took some Advil, to get rid of my headache. I walked back into the bathroom and stared at the pregnancy test, waiting for a result.

After a few minutes, there it was, the pink sign, +.

I dropped the test and fell to the ground. I'm pregnant...
