It was the first day of school. Everyone seemed to missed each other. Some of them were boasting about how their superpowers improved during the summer, some of them were listening some music together, some cute couples were kissing and hugging each other passionately. Except for Liam. He didn't had friends. He didn't missed school at all. School was an absolute torture for Liam. He wouldn't want to go somewhere filled with narcissistic boys who would show off their superpowers, attention seeker girls who hypnotize boys, bullies who kick him in the torso with a strong air wave... According to other students; Liam was an anxious, shy, absent-minded freak that no one would ever want to talk with him. He wasn't sure if  any of those adjectives were applying to him; but he was really an anxious and a shy boy. He would get anxious in crowds. He would get goose bumps  when he had to talk. He desperately wanted attention and friends inside, but he was a perfectionist, and he wanted every conversation to be perfect. He was afraid of looking stupid. He would rather shut up for rest of his life than saying something stupid that will make him look like a fool for once. He wanted to be invisible whenever he had interact with people. Actually, he could be invisible. That was his superpower! But only his body could get invisible; that means that he had to take his clothes off. He was only seventeen; didn't had a full control over his powers too, what would happen if he accidentally become visible again? He would be made fun of for being naked. What an embarrassing moment would it be...

The first lesson of the year started with a loud bell. Liam sighed. Everyone went to their own classes.
Few minutes later, the lesson started. New teacher, Liam thought. Everyone was staring at the young, handsome teacher.

"Hi, my name is Tate Averill. Treat me as if  I'm your friend. How about to get to know each other?" a big grin on his face. His teeth were so bright and perfect; just like how Liam liked. A big, sympathetic smile that would light up the whole town.
"So each one of you will say your name first and show your superpowers. Let's start with you."
A girl stood up. Liam knew this girl from last year. She was called Irene.
Another arrogant spoiled brat, Liam thought. Her superpower was to control the thunderbolts. She sat down. A boy showed up. He told he was able to talk and hypnotize animals. Another girl showed up... Another boy showed up...

Liam was bored. He already knew what people were going to say. He just wanted this showing off time to be over. But suddenly all the boredom turned into anger and shock. Oh crap. His worst enemy, his bully, Madison VanWatson was in his class! He has already sensed that this year will be a torture.
"Hello, my name is Susanne Madison VanWatson. I'm capable of enabling and disabling people's superpowers." Mr.Averill was impressed "Wow Madison, would you like to show it? I'm excited!"
Madison gave a smile to Liam. "Of course!"
Liam didn't understand why did she gave a smile to him. He sensed that a bad thing was about to be happen. An overwhelming, cold feeling started to rush through his veins. Liam panicked so easily.
"Would you like to be my lab rat, Liam?" Madison asked, a huge grin on her face. Liam couldn't speak. He didn't want to argue. He was choking. His heart was beating fast. "I take that silence as a 'yes'." She said. She looked Liam in The eye for a few seconds. He didn't realized anything until everyone expressed their fondness by clapping their hands. He looked at his hand. It was gone! He was suddenly invisible, and will probably stay like that until Madison wants him to be visible. Madison sat down. "Aren't you going to fix him back Madison?" A boy asked. "We will fix it when the lesson ends." Madison said.

But she forgot to do it so. Or she was just messing with Liam again. She knew Liam was such a coward to stand up for himself, so she kept it that way.

Liam still had his clothes on, so he looked like some pile of clothes floating around. It was forbidden to use superpowers during the break, so when teachers saw the flying jumper, pants, glasses and the tight shirts they kept shouting behind his back that he had to face with the principle and go to the detention hall. Teachers tried to catch him whenever a pile of clothes passed by. All day he escaped.

He couldn't joined the classes. He didn't want to see Madison's giggling annoying face. She would most probably refuse to enable his power anyways. He had to go to the doctor's because of her. Not a good start, he thought.

While all his classmates forgot about Madison's power and thought that Liam was absent today; he was hiding in the toilet, taking off his clothes. He may needed to go to the hospital to enable his powers again; but at least he had the chance to survive the day without being recognized by the floating clothes. He left the clothes on the toilet and ran away, on his way to go to the nearest doctor. It was just across the street.

Meanwhile at the classroom, when Madison was talking to Irene, the door was knocked. Everybody but the girls went silent. The teacher opened the door.
"Is Madison  VanWatson here?" It was Mr.Averill.
Madison turned around: "yes sir?"
"The boy that you disabled his powers... Can't seem to be found. I think you forgot to enable his powers?" Said Mr.Averill. He looked stressed out.
Madison's face went white all the sudden. The teacher was right. "Uhm... I am so sorry sir, I will enable his powers right now!" She said. Mr.Averill nodded and closed the door.

Liam rushed to the school's garden. The security guards were looking straightforward at him. Liam was confused. He was invisible, what was wrong? He saw his reflection through the window. He was completely naked! Did Madison enabled his powers all the sudden? Oh god I'm so screwed, Liam thought. The break was about to start, he couldn't go back now. Some students who were currently looking out of the window were giggling and pointing him out. He panicked. He didn't know what to do. He just couldn't stand there, could he?! He pointlessly started to run across the road. All he was thinking of was just to be visible, with some clothes on! He wasn't even thinking how dangerous what he was doing by running across the street without checking out if a car was coming or not. Anxiety was ruling over his body, rushing through his veins, pumped his heart faster and shaking his hands and took over his brain.

He never saw a car coming towards him.
All the sudden, he was forcibly thrown on to the ground, hitting his head on to the hot asphalt, and saw nothing but a bright light. He heard some screaming and people gathering around.
