Riley's POV :
As we enter the room the doctor is standing beside Emily doing a check-up .

We wait for him to finish until he checks Emily's charts , pulse and loads of other stuff that James explained to me . I was a bit surprised that he knew so much but then I remembered that his two sisters are nurses.

I glance over at Hunter, who is getting impatient. I grab hold of his and James' hands and squeeze them slightly.

Eventually Dr. Osmand , Emily's doctor, finishes and a nurse walks in and gives some papers to him . He opens them with a shocked face .

Hunter : what's wrong?
Doctor: Emily will shall be fine . We are going to take her out the coma as soon as possible.
Riley : will she wake up immediately?
Doctor: I'm afraid not , it's up to Mrs . Wilson to decide to when she wakes up .
Riley: she will wake up though?
Doctor: we are hoping she will but we can tell you when she . It could be today , tomorrow or next week.
Chloe : is the baby alright?
Doctor: when we done a ultrasound earlier the baby's heartbeat wasn't as quick as it usually would be as expected.
James: why do think it's that slow
Doctor: we think that the baby has a hole in its heart but until it's born we can't clarify anything.
Riley : is there anything an injection or a pill to help?
Doctor: unfortunately no . Until it's born we can't do anything. Look I have to go check on another patient but the moment we have more news I will you all .
James : thanks doc

I look over Hunter who hasn't said anything. He goes over to the opposite side of the bed to rest of us and takes a seat beside her and holds her hand.

Chloe's POV :
I go outside to get some coffee for us all and to inform Giselle on what's going on. I ring her mobile a couple of times and about after the fifth call she picks up .

I tell her everything and as soon as I finish there is a loud cry in the background. She tells me that she will be there as soon as Colin walks in the door but she has to go because Clark needs to be fed .

James' POV :
It's quite awkward in the room , a nurse comes in every now and then to makes sure that Emily will wake up as soon as possible.

To be honest we are all hoping Emily and her unborn child are okay............
