Jasmine's POV

So dad may have found out I lied about having a free period. But he wasn't to upset, as it was only history. He  still gave me detention though. Which I spent with Professor Binns, while he gave the lecture I had missed. It was so hard to stay awake and take notes. As Dad forbade me from borrowing Hermione's note from the lesson.

Anyway, nothing else has happened since Mrs Norris was petrified. No other attacks. Or messages written in blood. Thank Merlin. It must have just been a prank. Not a funny one like the ones the twins pull, but a prank none the less. Which means the school is safe. Though I know Hermione and the boys are investigating the Chamber. But I am keeping myself out of it. As I know dad would be mad if he knew I was investigating the Chamber of Secrets.

On to more important matters. It is time for the first quidditch match of the year. Gryffindor vs Slytherin. It is also Draco's first match as seeker for Slytherin. He may be acting tough. But I know he is nervous. So I decided to have breakfast with him. "Don't worry so much, you're a decent flier" I assure him.

"Yet, you won't cheer for me" he adds.

"I'm a gryffindor, it'd look bad if I was cheering for Slytherin to win. Even if I am the daughter of the head of slytherin" I state. "Just promise me something?" I ask him.

"What?" he asks.

"I don't care what the rest of the team does, but please don't cheat. If you get the snitch, it'll prove to everyone you deserve to be on the team. But if you cheat, it would just make people doubt your ability to play even more" I state.

"You think I can't win without cheating? I have a Nimbus 2001, I'l beat Potter easily" he states.

"Perhaps, but please don't cheat?" I plead.

"Ok, I promise I won't cheat. I can't say anything for the rest of the team" he tells me.

"Thank you" I say. Then make him eat. Before he went down to the pitch with his team. I then meet up with Ron and Hermione. We went down to the pitch together and found seats.

"Why were you at the Slytherin table?" Ron asks me.

"My dad is the head of slytherin and Draco is an old friend. I just wished him luck and made sure he knew I was supporting Gryffindor" I state.

"I forgot my binoculars" Hermione whines.

"Here, use mine" I say handing them to her. She thanks me. Soon both teams appear and Lee announces the members from each team. Madame Hooch has the captains shake hands. Before the players took off and she released the balls. The game began.

It had started to rain. The score is sixty - zero to Slytherin. The Slytherins' superior brooms were clearly doing their jobs. Meanwhile I notice a rogue Bludger is doing all it could to knock Harry out of the air. Could the slytherins have done something to it? The twins have been protecting Harry from it, but because of that they haven't been protecting the rest of the team from the other bludger.

Oliver calls time out. After which the twins left Harry to deal with the bludger alone. Which helped the team and Gryffindor was able to score a few goals. The score is now ninety - thirty to Slytherin. "Training for the ballet, Potter?" Draco yells as Harry dodged the rogue bludger again. Harry seems to spot something as he stares at Draco.

"May I?" I ask Hermione holding my hand out. She hands me the binoculars and I focus on Draco. There hovering inches above Malfoy's left ear was the golden snitch. He was to busy laughing at Harry to notice. I bite my lip, do I let him know or not?

Before I can decide. The rogue bludger hits Harry in the arm. He manages to stay air borne though. He heads straight for the snitch. Draco yelps and moves to avoid Harry. Thinking he was going to attack him or something. Harry took his remaining hand off his broom and made a wild snatch; he felt his fingers close on the cold Snitch but was now only gripping the broom with his legs, and there was a yell from the crowd below as he headed straight for the ground.

We gryffindors cheers as Lee announces our win. "Harry Potter has caught the snitch. Gryffindor wins 180 points to 90!" he announces. We all head down to the pitch. As Fred and George wrestle the rogue bludger back into the crate. Lockhart tried to mend Harry's broken arm himself. Instead he ended up removing all the bones from Harry's arm. He will have to spend the night in the hospital wing as his bones regrow.

But that didn't stop us from celebrating Gryffindors win. The twins stole food from the kitchen, there was music, dancing and games. It was a lot of fun. I saw Collin sneak out with some fruit. I think he went to see Harry. I know Ginny left to go to the loo earlier. Anyway, I soon grew tired and called it a night.
