Everything became blurry as I felt to arms wrap around my body. I could vaguely see the man running away from us. The arms held me tight, moving my gently until I was comfortable. I looked up to see who was holding me and realised it was Joey. I whimpered as Joey took my phone from my pocket and used it to call for an ambulance.
"J-Joey, I don't think I can hold on for much longer," I mumbled. A tear rolled down my face as Joey stroked my hair and cradled me in his arms.
"Please hold on Jas, I need you!" He sobbed. "I should never of made you come here Jas, I'm so sorry!"
"D-Don't say that Joey. I told you I'd go to the ends of the earth if it means I have you..." I whimpered. I was struggling for breath and the pain was unbearable. i started losing consciousness as I felt Joey shake me.
"Jas, stay awake! Please stay awake!" I vaguely heard him beg. The faint sound of sirens filled my ears as my eyelids fluttered closed.
"I love you," I whispered to my brother as my eyelids fluttered shut and a took my last breath...
