Chapter 2: Part 9

Arjhay's POV

"Let's hurry.", I said before sprinting towards the gate. Lately, we siblings decided to go and leave the school on our own. Erliane and the others started running too.

"Bye!", I said before sprinting to our house while Aqua is on my shoulder, gripping tight. I felt many presences outside the school so I have no choice but to run.

This repeated for many days, Saturday and Sunday being the peak days. So, I had to stay in our house which I prefer and played many games with my sisters and brother.

Feb 17, Monday again. And again, I feel like fire's enveloping me. That d**n type A uniform. Anyway, now, I'm in class listening to our Language teacher rumbling something. I turned towards our window. Being in the farthest side from the window is a little disappointing.

"Mr. Sezfollerria, what's the name of the author of the poem 'The Raven'?", the Lang. teacher asked to me after she saw me not participating in class. "It's Edgar Allan Poe, ma'am.", I replied after standing then sat. Even though I'm not looking doesn't mean I'm not participating in class. "Good.", she said.

"How did you know it's Edgar Allan Poe?", Jenrich asked as I ate my sandwich. "She didn't even mentioned a word of him, just the poem itself.", Illiana added. "Easy, read books.", I simply replied while sipping my juice. "Figures.", said Dahlia, Erliane's guardian.

"It's good no one arrived today. You know,", I said. "Yet.", Erliane said. "Yeah, yeah.", I said.

In our house that day, Arlon showed us his new weapon, a sword that is metallic red with a red handle. There's nothing special about it but he's so proud.

Morning came so fast so, here I am again, taking a bath preparing to go to school. As I sang "I'm yours", I opened my eyes to reveal a shiny sight.

There's frost covering the tiled walls of the shower room. I noticed that it came from my feet, which displayed tendrils of ice covering the floor. I was shocked and said, "What in the world?". So, I immediately washed myself and got out of the bathroom dressed in our type B.

I went outside and saw a snow white fox with Aqua sleeping in a corner. "Uhmm, hello.", I gently tapped the fox and it woke up. "Hello too, master.", it said in a girlish voice. Master? Aren't we supposed to have only one guardian?

The fox sat, so as Aqua. "Why do I have two guardians?", I asked both of them. "Easy, because you have two powers.", Aqua replied. "What do you mean two pow- wait. So you mean I have another power which is Ice?", I calmly exclaimed, making sure I got the right idea. "Yes you are.", the fox said.

Out of a little shock, I quickly held them in both arms and ran to the kitchen wherein I heard Arlynne and Arianne shouting. "Wow, cute!", they both said at a lime green panther and a peach Guinea pig in the table. So as a yellow swift and tiger. All in their cute little forms.

All of the people in their house are in the kitchen, staring and talking about the animals and the yellow hair of- wait, am I dreaming? Does Arciel have yellow hair? Arlon too has yellow hair? Arlynne's hair became lime green! And Arianne's hair became peach.

"What in the world?!", I shouted. Then, they saw me standing in the door of the kitchen. "Prince Arjhay! You're here!", Mrs. Liraliane exclaimed. She went near me and led me to the kitchen and I sat in there.

I glanced at the mirror near the entrance and I noticed something. My once sky blue hair and eyes now became cyan. I ruffled my hair but it's still the same. "Okay,", I calmed myself. "What's happening here?", I asked.

"We don't know, Prince Arjhay.", Ms. Yuu said. "Why did our hair and eye color changed? Did you talked to mom?", I asked again. "We don't know Prince Arjhay and for your mother, she's currently in a hospital, getting ready to give birth to another Prince. His majesty is currently unavailable because of many works.", Mrs. Liraliane narrated.

"So, we can't contact them?", Arlon asked. "Yes Prince Arlon.", she replied. "Okay, you can all work now. Please, give us breakfast.", I exclaimed then they went away. A breakfast was served after. "This morning, I learned I can control ice.", I said. "I don't know mine yet but it is concerned with celestial body magic.", Arciel said.

"I can now control electricity.", Arlon said. "I can now control precious crystals.", Arlynne said. "Arianne now have power over feelings.", said the Guinea pig when Arianne didn't talked.

"Wow. So why are you all here?", asked Arciel to the new guardians. "Because you possess another power. A guardian is a representation of it's master's magic so if a person has two magic, he or she will have two guardians.", replied the yellow swift.

"Arciel, you're not thinking.", I joked. We all laughed in there. "So we will be absent for today due to an emergency. Okay?", Arlon said. "Yes.", we all said.

Our new guardians are also clueless to our new power. They only knew that we are their new masters and are also surprised by our double power. We even tried Google but it doesn't show any results, except for some fantasy stories of dual powers.

At the end of the day, we managed to regain our old hair and eye color with the help of the new guardians. We also learned that Ray, Rina, Katelyn, Shanely, Gwen, Linzey, Janely, Jeruel, Jerald and Jerome, my childhood friends until now, also experienced the same thing.

New powers and new guardians. The Law of Magic surely will be mad if he/she knew this, if it does have feelings and if it has bodily form. The SMC? Don't know. They will undeniably interrogate us or study us if word gets out.

But really, what the hell is happening?!
