(Justin's P.O.V.)

I get to the station and see Jason. I ask to speak to him and the cop that had me,just ignore my question completely. "Jason " I yell as I got to the desk as the get my finger prints.

"Hey man what's this about , why are you here and not at the hospital"

Jason ask as he looks at the cop.

I look at Jason then back at the cop and start from the beginning about what happen.

"dude, I get this call from some one here and they say she is found and at the hospital but, before I hang up he says there is bad news to so, I rush to get to her and then this jack ass stopped me from going to her room."

Jason turns around and ask why I got arrested and he said assault on a police officer. Jason looks at me, "man you can not hit anyone." but they would not let me go back, can you get me out ?"

Jason tells me to set down with his hand and starts talking to the cop saying that I have no record or anything and I was upset about what happen to Elana .

I just set and try not to move my wrist because the cuffs feel like the keep getting tighter then they were.

I feel my phone vibrate in my pocket but can not answer it.Maybe its not Elana calling , I do not want her to think I forgot her.

The longer I set and wait for an answer or a jail cell I start to get very impatient. Trying not to start any more trouble then I already have , I decided to close my eyes till I heard Jason coming back over to where I was.

"Damn it dude , are they keeping me or what ." I ask in a very pissed off tone. "Well Justin, man they are going to keep you and I'm not sure for how long because they have witnesses that seen you go after the person behind the desk as well as the officer."

I close my eyes and hit my head against the wall ."Jason I need to check on her please, can I get a bond or something for at least tonight."

I am begging and this whole situation is killing me. Jason is about to say something , when he gets a phone call. I hear him talking but can't figure out who it is.

Just as he is about to hang up I hear him say "ok Megan." So at that moment I know its my sister. He turns around and grabs some paper work and set in front of me.He gets his keys out and takes of the cuffs, which left no feeling in my hands.

"What's happening" , I ask as he writs stuff down. I am taking you to the hospital to see her but I have to bring you back,ok."

I hate that I can not stay with her but at least I get to see her. I sign the paper saying I agree with everything . We get up and walk out to his car.I start to close my door and my phone vibrates again and I answer it. "hello"

I look at the caller's but it private and who ever it is I can't hear them.

I hang up the phone and it rings again this time its Megan and she is talking to someone in the background while she is holding the phone. "Megan what are you doing, are you going to talk to me or what."

she realizes that I was on the phone and started questioning me about what happen.

I set and listen to her crap about I should have just shut up and let it go but the only thing on my mind was is Elana ok. I tell her we are here and hang up my phone.

I walk in behind Jason and let him talk to the man at the front desk.

He gives him his approval and opens the door we go to her room.

Jason walks in first and I see the nurse talking to Elana and asking if she is in pain and that in a few minutes the doctor will be in to do the ultrasound.

I run over to beds kiss her head,she looks little confused as to what I am doing.It breaks my heart that she acts like she does not want to she me.

I try to talk to her but she looks at the nurse and starts talking about the ultrasound . which I'm still confused about.

I find Megan at window talking on her phone and I walk over to her.

"what is wrong she does not want anything to do with me."

I say to my sister as I wipe away a tear.
