Chapter 17

I wake up early as I hear the guard walk by. Looking around trying to adjust my eyes to the bright lights they just turned on.

"Ok boys it roll call time " says the guard as he bangs on each door. I stand up and walk over to the door as they open it up so we can all go in the hallway to line up.

They say my name and I say here then we all go back to our cells. I walk around in my room till I hear a tray of food get pushed through the hole and I look over at the tray and see how disgusting the food looks so I just drink the coffee. I walk over to the tiny window and look out wandering what to do next.

Jason comes in and says your a free man and holds the door open for me. I walk out and get my stuff and go in the restroom to change my clothes. As soon as I get my phone I look to see if I have any messages from Elana but nothing.

I really want to talk to her but there is nothing I can do if she will not talk to me.

(Elana 's P. O. V.)

I go home this morning and lay in my bed, I want to call Justin but can't tell him how I feel about all of this. I don't know what to do, I love him so much but I feel so bad about Sets, I mean this baby will never know it's daddy. I know justin thinks it's his but I know in my heart its Seth's baby.

I hate this happened to us but I just do not feel right staying with Justin but I can't let him go. I get out of bed and decided to clean my apartment from top to bottom and try to forget my screwed up life for a little while.

'Three hours later......'

I finally get my entire place clean and take a relaxing shower. As I'm getting out I hear the door bell and I pull my robe around me and run to the door. It's Megan

"its about time you answer your door "

"I'm sorry, I was in the shower "

"Are you feeling better, and please, I know your going to hate me after saying this but will you talk to my brother, he misses you do much. "

"You are talking way to fast and I'm not ready to talk to him yet. I still am trying to except everything that changed in my life these last few days. "

We walk over to the sofa and set down, Megan hugs me and telling me how sorry she is. I feel like I cannot even connect to her most of the time she is the one I want to talk to but I feel like I can't talk to her since I'm not with her brother.

It gets quite and we have nothing else to say but I want to break the silence, so I tell her that I might be moving. She looks do confused and I don't want to say anymore because if she knew where it would bother her but I know it's for the best.

"Where are you moving to?"

"If I tell you will you please not freak out.?"

I question her before I give her the answer.

"Ok, I promise "

"It Seth's house, he left it to his mom and his mom give it to me. I mean it's huge and I could use the extra space but it's in New York so I will probably not get to see you anymore.

" I realized how hurt she looked when I said that.

"I understand , but what if that baby is my brother's it will kill him if you move.

" I know, but I really think it's Seth's baby and I know if I move to New York that Seth's family can get to know his kid"

She looked torn for a minute then said "will you please do a maternity test to be sure. My brother loves you and he has never loved anyone as much as you. "

"I will do it just because your my best friend and your opinion means a lot to me"

"I'm shocked that my opinion means more then my brother's " she said as she stood up.

"Its not that, I love Justin but I can't hurt him anymore and having Seth's baby will hurt him more then anything. "

"But what if it's Justin's baby, he wants to take care of you. " She says as she walks to my front door. I hug her and say good bye and as soon as I try to shut the door a older woman and a man in a suit and tie step in front of me.

"Can I help you?" I ask as I look at the woman and man. "You sure can, I'm Seth's mom Lisa, and I want to talk about Seth's baby. Says the woman and I just can't speak.

She pushes the door open more and walks on in with out my permission and sets down, I walk over and set in the chair in front of her.

"Ok, this is how it's going to be, you can live in Seth's house but as soon the baby is born its mine. Oh and you have to move. I'm not letting you live there for nothing so while your pregnant you can be one of my maids and do everything for me. "

I am shocked and do not know what to do so I tell her to leave and she gets pissed and walks over to me. "That baby will be mine since you killed my son and there is nothing you can do about it. "

She slaps me right in the face and then walks over to the door. "Oh and I will make sure you do not leave because this guy with me with be your bodyguard. "Ok, and you do as your told. "She says with force like she is trying to keep from killing me.
