It's All in the Preparation

As we arrive back at the hotel, Evans gets a call that he takes immediately. "Hey, good morning. How are you?" He whispers. Assuming it is Emma, I wave to him and head toward the elevators.

I check my phone and see that it is just about 8:30, so I know there's plenty of time to get ready.

I have a rush of nerves as I realize I am about to see Tom again.

I don't know what it is about that man. Actually, I do know what it is, and I think after I see him today that I may reach the point of no return in my feelings for him.

He's just... the best. I know it sounds incredibly simplistic, but I can't find anything seriously wrong with this man. Add to it that he makes me become a blithering fool every time I see him; if that's not love, I don't know what is.

I take a long shower, making sure to exfoliate and moisturize anywhere I think Tom may touch me, which, who am I kidding, I hope is pretty much everywhere!

As I step out and wrap myself in a towel, I look through the outfits I have and decide on black skinny jeans, short black boots, black camisole, and a burgundy cardigan that looks like it might have been made for a big guy like Tom.

I dry my hair and decide to let it fall naturally with the little bit of wave that Mother Nature gave it. A little lip gloss and some mascara, and ta da, I'm ready.

I still have about 20 minutes to spare, so I decide to call Anna to see what she and Pratt are up to.

"Uh, hello?" she says by the fourth ring. "Well, good morning, Sunshine!" I say in my most cheerful voice. By the way, Anna hates being called Sunshine.

"Ugh, it's only a good morning if you found the bus that ran me over last night," Anna whines.

"I don't think it was a bus as much as a whole bar of alcohol that did you in," I say with a grin.

"So, I'm not saying I don't remember last night, but can you fill me in on what happened after, say 9:00 p.m.?" Anna asks.

"Not much. Oh, there was the thing with RDJ. You may or may not have made him sit in a chair as you gave him a lap dance while you showed him your best grinding moves," I say casually.

I'm one of the few people that knows Anna has a secret crush on RDJ. She's so awkward about it that she practically hyperventilates when he says hi to her.

"Shut up! No, I did not!" She says in a harsh whisper.

"Well, yeah, but at least you stopped when he and Chris got into a fist fight on the dance floor. I couldn't really tell who won, with the police showing up and all. Anywho, that's about it," I say casually.

"Okay, Missy Miss, that's enough humor at my expense for the day," Anna moans. "So, what's up with you and the king of Disney princes?"

"Tom? Oh, I'm meeting him at 10. And I think somehow having 'king' and 'prince' in the same sentence is using more royal titles than is allowed.  It's some kind of grammar rule, like I before E. Weird, huh?"  I say.

"You're meeting him at 10?" Anna asks, totally ignoring my last comment.

"Yup, right in the hotel lobby."

"Really? Because that's less than five minutes from now," Anna says smugly.

"Oh shit! Gotta go!" I spew as I end the call.

I'm reminded that Tom may come to my room to... you know.... compare actor-like notes and stuff, so I run around like a crazy person stuffing things here and throwing things there to try to make my room look presentable. Once I'm satisfied with my three second cleaning job, I grab his jacket, my cell, key card, and my wallet on the way out.
