~~Dedicated: All of My Wonderful Fans/Readers~~

Hey! Welcome to the "What's Next?" chapter! I hope you're as excited as I am!

Since I have a habit of rambling in Author Notes, let's break this down.

I. Eight month long journey
II. Conception
III. The World
IV. What's Next?
V. Sequels/Epilogue
VI. Feedback

I. I'm so, so, so, so(!) glad that we've finally reached this point. My first ever, FULL LENGTH, novel, coming in at roughly 103k words, is finally completed. That's insane! I remember when I used to get stuck at 23k words and now I've almost quintupled that!

And it's just not the word count, either. It's the fact that I was finally able to write down the words "the end." I imagined it being a glorious moment and that is exactly what it was. Glorious. Happy.

But of course, the end isn't the best part. It's the journey.

I can't begin to tell you what an amazing journey this has been and how much fun it was to finally get to share a story with the world that I had been picturing and imagining for years.

It all started as a scene with me as the lead character, Angie, and it was basically nothing but me being a hero and saving the day. We all have those daydreams right?

This daydream has helped me get through a lot. Every single time I was hurt or felt insecure, I always imagined myself as a rebellious, superwoman, who would save the day and put all the people who hurt me to shame to make myself feel better. And it worked (for the most part) because if anything, it gave me a momentary feeling of bliss and confidence, without which I wouldn't have propelled further.

Now, Angie's story is quite different. She's no longer simply my alter-ego. She's her own person, dealing with her own demons in her own twisted way. And I'm so happy that I had the opportunity to share one piece of her story with all of you.

II. Although this story's journey has only been eight months long on Wattpad and it's premise has been here for years, the origin of this novel, itself, came to me near New Year's Eve. This was my new year's resolution--well, one of them--and although there were many hurdles in my path--*cough cough* Writer's Block--I finally managed to complete it!

And this couldn't have happened without you guys! Thank you all so much!

Speaking of sharing with the world, I can't believe that there are people from basically all parts of the world reading this. It's surreal to imagine that I have readers from all these different countries:

Canada

United States

Brazil

United Kingdom

South Africa

Germany

Nigeria

Mexico

Italy

Greece

Romania

Turkey

India

Indonesia

Nepal

Taiwan

Belize

Trinidad and Tobago

Netherlands
