"This is it I'm done!!! We are over and I never wanna talk to you again," you screamed through the phone at your boyfriend. Your best friend had told you that she saw him kissing another girl last night. He probably thought he'd get away with it since you've been on tour with Hunter Hayes but he was wrong.
You hung up the phone and laid down on your bed and started sobbing. Soon you felt a hand rubbing you on your back and knew it was Hunter. He has been there every time your boyfriend treated you badly. (Because this wasn't the first time he hurt you) You sat up next to him and leaned your head on his shoulder.
"So did you hear what happened?" You asked him. "Yeah... I'm really sorry." He said. You smiled the best smile you could fake.
"But I'm also kinda happy," he said. You looked at him puzzled. "All he's done is treat you like your nothing. He doesn't deserve someone like you and I'm happy that you might be finally realizing that." He said.
"Thanks." You said. "There's just one other problem. I had bought tickets to go to this musical festival with him when I get back home and now idk it'll just be a sad reminder if I go." You said.
"Well what if you had someone else to go with? I'll go with you!" "Really?" You said. He nodded yes.
*a few months later at music festival*
"I'm having a great time. Do you think we could go over to that bench though? I need to ask you something." Hunter said; you saw he looked nervous. You nodded yes and let him lead you over there.
"Are you ok?" You asked he was sweating and looked nervous. "Ok I'm just gonna say it. I'm in love with you I have been in love with you since we met. I was so happy you dumped him because I hated seeing the way he treated you and I know I could do so much better. What I'm asking is will you go on a date with me and possibly be my girlfriend if the date goes well?" He asked. The truth was you had started to fall for him too. You answered by giving him a kiss. "So I'm assuming that was a yes?" He said with a smile.
You replied: "yes in every language."
