"No I'll carry them I've got it," Hunter said taking the bag of groceries out of your hands. You smiled gratefully at him. Your ex NEVER did anything like that for you; your ex made YOU carry HIS groceries. But Hunter was different and these past 3 weeks of dating him have been the best 3 weeks of your life. "hey you zoning out again?" Hunter asked snapping you back into reality. "Yeah, sorry," you apologized. "No no don't be sorry. You look pretty adorable when you zone out." He smiled. You let out a little smile and laugh. Hunter; the only guy who could make you laugh. And he made you laugh all the time.
*later that night*
You and Hunter were walking down the street just talking and window shopping. You passed a girl that was about your age and she kinda started checking out Hunter, which didn't bug you that's what happens you date a cute celebrity; it's what happened next that surprised you, Hunter started staring at HER, you could see he was checking HER out. You slapped him in the arm pretty hard. "Hey! What was that for!" He asked. "Oh don't play innocent, you were totally checking her out!" You screamed at him. He look completely confused "what? No no I wasn't!" You just shook at your head and ran away.
The next morning, after a long night of crying, you heard a knock on the door. You opened it up and saw Hunter standing there with a stuffed bunny holding a heart that said "I'm sorry." "Cute" was all you could think to say but you let him in anyways.
"I understand you're still angry at me but I promise last night wasn't what it looked like, and we need to talk about it, you shouldn't EVER leave a fight unresolved." He said. "So I've heard," you said in response. "I wasn't checking her out, and if that's what it looked like I was doing I'm sorry. I saw her checking me out and I know you saw it, too. I looked at her and smiled because I was trying hard to hide my laugh. I was laughing at the fact that she might've actually thought she had a chance with me, because she was NO WHERE near as pretty as you and I could already tell you she wasn't as amazing as you are because you are the most amazing beautiful girl ever... I know it sounds like I'm making up a story but it's true please you have to believe me..."
You just sat there in shock for a minute. Then finally said, "I believe you Hunter, if you say you weren't checking her out you weren't checking her out. And I can't stay mad at you. I love everything about you. I even love how you think it's funny when I'm mad. And I just like hanging out with you all the time and it's been occurring to me I'd like to hang out with you for my whole life. I believe you and we can just forget about it on one condition..." you smirked. "What?" He asked puzzled. "I get to keep the bunny," you smiled snatching the stuffed animal out of his lap. He stood up and said, "deal," and then you two kissed... for the first time. You both had the hugest smiles on your face. Best. First. Kiss. Ever.
