Awkward

Liam's POV

So there's only one seat left and it's right next to Zayn, just great. I walked to the desk trying not to make eye contact with Zayn. When I sat down next to him it was so awkward you could cut the awkwardness with baby safety scissors. It didn't help that it felt like we were the only two people in the room or that I could see the hurt and pain in Zayn's eyes. I felt so horrible but maybe becoming his friend will make things better and things won't be so awkward. So I said hi and as soon as I did I regretted it. Zayn looked up at me and he said hi back, I was kinda suprised but it made me happy. At least I know he dosen't hate me but I think after saying hi made things even more awkward.

The teacher finally decided to talk and me and Zayn stopped talking for the whole class. He didn't even look at me but I guess that was fair. I can't just excepect us to be cool, I have to make us cool. When the bell rang Zayn was out of there faster then I could blink, so I'm guessing he was still upset. But I will work on that but right now I have gym class at least that's fun. When I went to the change room Harry, Louis, Niall and Zayn were there I guess we have gym class together at least it's not just me and Zayn again. Seeing Zayn change and him trying to hide his cut little body was the cutest thing in the world when he dose things like that it relly shows me how much I miss him but no I need time for my self and family. In gym we played dodgeball me and Niall were on one time and Harry, Louis and Zayn were on the other. While we we were playing Niall decided to ask me about Zayn and that's when I relived that he doesn't know that me and Zayn broke up. As I was thinking that I got slammed in the face by a dodgeball and everything went black.

I woke up and I was in the nurse's office and the guys were all surrounding me.

"Oh guys he's awake" Harry said

"Oh hey man you got knocked out by Zayn" Loius said

I couldn't belive that Zayn was the one who hit me with the dodgeball.

"It was an accident I promise I was trying to hit this other guy in front of you but he moved, I'm sorry"Zany Said

He was still in his cute little gym shorts, I loved those shorts on him. Off course I said it's OK and I smiled at him he got all red and blushy, he's so cute.
