Gabriel
I pulled my little sedan up to my house and dashed around the car to open the door for my girl. She took my hand to get out and held onto it as we went inside. I knew the incident in the mall today had unnerved her. She wasn't one for casual touch so that guy grabbing her like that had really made her uncomfortable. I was the only person she ever really felt comfortable with.
" Dad! We're back!" I called out. My dad poked his head out of his study. I don't what he did in there but he spent most of his time in there.
" Gabriel, Sang. I assume you ate?" We nodded, " Good today's lesson is on the fridge. I'll see you at dinner. Sang, you'll be staying again, yes? " She nodded. It was a silly question really. Sang and I had been together for about a year and after the first couple weeks she had pretty much moved in. I was crazy about her and I couldn't imagine her not being in my life. My dad retreated in to his study and Sang and I headed to the kitchen to check out today's lesson. Not that we'd follow it. My dad, Sang and I all had the ability to travel through time. It had been a shock to Sang and I when we had jumped to the past by accident but when my dad found out he started training us. And there were some interesting side effects of mine and Sang's relationship, at least Dad said he thought it was because Sang and I were together. We had an empathic bond and had recently broken through the telepathic barrier a little. We could get across a general something, like trouble , but nothing specific yet. Sang was telekinetic but it was linked to her emotions. She was getting better at control of the ability but she hadn't been able to do it without emotion yet. We had long ago abandon my dad's lessons when it became obvious that they were hindering rather than helping and started exploring on our own. I grabbed the lesson off the fridge and crumbled it, shooting for a basket afterwards. Sang giggled and clapped. Damn, I loved that girl.
" Oy! Get your gorgeous ass over here," I grabbed her hand and pulled her tight to me. She wrapped her arms around my neck and I caught her in a deep kiss. As we parted she sighed and leaned her head against my chest.
" I love you Gabriel." I gave the top of her head a quick peck.
" I love you too, Beautiful. Now let's go see what trouble we can stir up today," and we headed off, the incident at the mall forgotten.

My mind was whirling at warp speeds. After days of nothing they practically fell into our hands but now it was worse than ever. How are we going to fix this if the person who has the ability to manipulate memories can't remember how?! Okay, one step at a time. Let's get them back first. Victor was searching away on the computer but hadn't come up with anything. It was strangely reminiscent of our search for Jade. It had to be connected. I felt like we were always one step behind with whoever was really behind all this. I needed to pull myself together and be the leader I had proven myself to be long ago. I walked over to Victor and laid a hand on his arm.
" Stop, Whoever is behind this is too smart to leave the info we need out there. We need a different approach." I turned to face the room.
" What to do you have in mind Mr. Lee?" Mr. B asked leaning forward.
" We need to take a more direct approach. One of us should approach them, get them back here so we can jog their memories. There has to be a way to bring them back. To bring their memories back. " Mr. B nodded and stood up.
" I agree Mr. Lee. Mr. Coleman and I hadn't had a chance to experiment beyond a basic level with his ability but I have to believe that he would not have done this unless forced to and he would have left a way to recover his memories. We simply need to figure out how to jog them. Now the question is who is best suited to approach them and how?" He had begun to pace as he talked. I watched him thoughtful. I had no idea how to approach them. We knew where they were but going to the house would probably seem creepy.
