its been two weeks since the carnival and Elliot and the kids were still at Olivia's. Her and Elliot didn't have to be at work till 10 so while she was sleeping Elliot drove all the kids to school. After he dropped off Kimmy he looked at Lizzie and Dickie.

"Would You guys be Okay with Olivia and Kimmy moving in with us? its okay if you don't want to I just want to make sure." Elliot was nervous when they were quiet.

"Its fine with me dad." Dickie said." I like liv and Kim. Liv makes us happy and Kimmy is pretty cool to plus she's our sister."

"I agree with Dickie dad I was hoping you would ask them." Lizzie chimed in.

"Good. have a good day I love you guys."

After dropping them off he drove back to Olivia's apartment. When he walked in Olivia walked out yawning and stretching.

"Hey you weren't suppose to wake up till I got back." he teased walking over to her.

"Well I'm hungry" she said tiredly leaning against him.

"Ill make you breakfast you go shower do whatever an Olivia does in the morning." he said giving her a kiss.

"Okay"

after she was finished getting dressed she went back to the kitchen to see Elliot pouring her coffee and giving it to her.

"I have news for you." he said hugging her from behind.

"what?" She asked leaning back into him.

"My divorce was finalized a week ago." Olivia smiled looking up at him.

"Really?"

"Yeah seems Kathy had a man down in Florida so she put a rush on it." he smirked.

"so does that mean your all mine now?" she asked turning around.

"yep." Olivia smiled grabbing his face giving her a kiss. she chuckled when he lifted her up. "Let's get to work" he said.

"Okay" She smiled.
