I watched Frankenweenie a couple of weeks ago and liked it so much that I have looked at loads of fan art for it. I had already drawn a picture of Victor Frankenstein so I decided to have a go at drawing his parents too. Mr and Mrs Frankenstein were one of the reasons I liked the film. They immediately struck me as being very nice people, which made all the difference. No matter what crazy things happened in the movie, I knew I could trust them to do what was right.
I decided to draw the characters in my own style rather than that of Tim Burton. It's interesting how you can easily tell who's who even though they look very different to the stop motion puppets!
