~A Week Later~
-Jerome's POV-
I lie in the meadow staring at the clouds, wishing Mitchell was next to me. He hasn't shown for school for a whole week... Phil said he went to his place they talked and he left... Without a trace....... People say he's dead. People say he ran. People say he was kidnapped. I'll believe it when the police find a body, I'll believe it when he comes back, I'll believe it when I see him bloody and bruised. Mitch has taught me one thing and that one thing is; Never let other people make you believe something you don't want to believe.

It was my fault he left. If I had of stopped him.... I hear a creak and I bolt up. I scurry behind the mulberry tree. I watch and see three boys enter. "Is this the place?" A familiar voice said. Although it wasn't Mitch I was surprised. I see Dan, Phil and Xavier! "Yeah that's what Mitch said..." Xavier said staring at his phone. My mouth drops open. They know where Mitch is! I watch as the three walk further in. "G-Guys someone's been here recently," Phil mumbles staring at the patch where I was laying. "We're being watched," The three say simultaneously. I watch as they walk past the mulberry tree where I'm hiding. Phil checks over his shoulder countless times. I move to the other side of the tree and lean against it, "Boo!" I yell causing all three of them to scream and turn around. I fall to the ground laughing. "Oh my god Jerome!" Dan yells. I get up and brush myself off. "What the hell was that for!" Xavier screams. "Revenge Xavier, revenge," I say with a smirk. I don't want to hear about Mitch so I pick up my backpack and walk away, I walk out of the meadow only to get a text. Blocked ID; Revenge? What a pitiful thing Jerome -M

-Dan's POV-
I sigh as Jerome leaves. "Do you think he heard us?" Phil says looking over to me then Xavier. I shake my head, "I bloody hope not," Phil nods, "Read out the text again," I say looking over to Xavier, "The Edge of the green oval shape, through the white gate, a boy who seeks attention, that you shall need to succeed," Xavier says monotonous. "What is that supposed to mean?" Phil asks more like a statement. "I don't know.." Xavier says his eyes clearly skimming over the message. 'A boy who seeks attention? That you need to succeed?' Jerome. "Jerome," I whisper, "What?" Xavier says giving me an odd look. "Of course! Jerome knows Mitch better then anyone!" I say smiling widely. "We need Jerome and now!"
