-Jerome's POV-
I sit quietly alone as usual, eating lunch under a tree. I bite into my apple and lean my head against the tree. I pull my phone from my pocket and earphones from the other. I plug them in and listen to music ((when the days are cold)), I sigh and look over towards the oval. I see an unusually familiar face with Xavier and Daniel terrorising poor Preston... (( YES POOFLESS IS IN HERE TOOOOO MWHAHAAHAH)) I get up and walk towards the oval and see two dog tags hanging from the neck of the boy, no it can't be... I sigh, he's probably straight and hanging out with Xavier... I walk onto the oval heading towards the back to my spot. I quickly speed walk past Mitch, Xavier and Dan and break out into a jog to get to the other side. My breathing hitched as I stopped. My lungs still burned. I walk over behind some bush and I am greeted by a nice white gate. Which is rusting a bit. We used to come here as kids....

"c'mon Mitch hurry up!" I yell running in front of him. "Jerome slow down!" Mitch yells from behind. I giggle as I wait for him. I walk into the bush and grab the handle of the gate and open it, "After you Mitchy-Moo," I say smiling widely, "Thank you kind sir!" He says as he enters I hear him gasp as I walk in after him, "I knew you'd like it!"

I smile and walk in. A clearing away from everything filled with flowers and different sounds outlined with tall tree's which of some had assorted fruits. I climb up a mulberry tree and lean my head back listening to my music, I start to hum. I hear the gate creak open immediately I stop humming. I watch as a middle sized figure enters. I watch them walk out into the open and realise it's Mitch. I stay extremely quiet. He walks into the middle of the field and lies down, "It's still as awesome as ever," Mitch says a grin starts to poke at My lips. Hearing his voice again was a miracle to me. ((Omg lol I wrote part of this in third person)) I watch as he looks at the sky, Mitch was truly beautiful. I move my foot and my pencil slips and hits the ground. Causing a small thud. "Who's there?" Mitch says shooting up. I stay quiet. Mitch walks over to the tree I'm on and looks for the pencil. I quickly climb up a branch or two. Mitch looks up as I look down. Our eyes meets. I stay silent not knowing what to do. We just stared at each other. "J-Jerome?" I suddenly became agitated and slid down from the tree picking up my pencil and walking away. I walk up to the gate and leave sprinting to class As I hear the bell ring for the last period. ((Okay that was made up there are actually 2 more periods after lunch but meh)) As I reach my class and sit down Mitch comes in 3 seconds later. I sigh and glare at him.
