Jake is sitting on the porch and he stands up the seconds he sees my dads car and I get out and run to him and hug him
"Bella I was so worried" he says
"I know but I'm fine now...where is ryder?" I ask and he takes my hand and we walk inside and my dad follows and I see Seth holding him
"My baby!" I say walking to him with my arms out
"I missed you too Bella" Seth says joking and I laugh and he hands me Ryder and I hug Seth
"Is anybody ready to tell me what happened?" Seth asked
"Long story short we need the pack to protect me again" I say kissing Ryder on the head

[months later]
I was sitting on the couch watching Ryder crawl around and he crawled up to me
"M-mommy" he says and my face lights up at I look over at Jake
"He just said mom!" I squeal
And Jake picks him up and I kiss Jake, Ryder is 1 so maybe he's a little slow on everything but I'm not worried about it because he's supernatural
Jake stands Ryder up on his legs and faces Ryder away and Ryder lets go of jakes hands and began to walk and I smiled
"And his 1st steps in one day!" I squeal and I hold jakes hand and Ryder falls on his butt and I help him back up

Me and Jake are happy nothing has happened since I got kidnapped but we are still fearful there is always one member on the pack patrolling and Jake goes everywhere with me I gave my dad a description of the man that took me and they are on the hunt for him I'm not worried about it too much but it's always in the back of my head

Jake has been worried lately because they never did find the man who took me, I tell him not to worry but he doesn't listen. Edward has been coming around more and staying my phone buzzes and I look at it

EDWARD: hi Bella can we talk?

ME:okay what.

EDWARD: in person I'll be there in 15 minutes

I sigh and put my phone down and pick Ryder up off the floor where he was playing with is toys
"What's wrong Bella?" Jake asks as he sits down
"It's Edward he wants to talk" I say looking at him and he tenses up
"I have to be there, Bella If he hurts you" Jake says standing and backing away
"Jake calm down. He won't Seth is coming that way I will be protected and so will Ryder." I say walking towards him
"I love you Bella" he says hugging me with Ryder between us there was a knock on the door and Jake opens it and there is Edward exactly how I remembered him tall, pale, a jaw line that could cut your finger I bit my lip and whistle for Seth and he comes trotting out of the forest
"I'll be back soon" I say kissing Jake and Ryder on the cheek
And we began to walk
"Iv been looking for the man that took you..."he says and I become Puzzled
"Why?" I question
"I care about you despite what I did I wanted better for you and that's what you got" he says with a smile
"Wait...you made me hate you so I could have a better life...what if I liked the life with you" I said Angrily
"No Bella your breathing...so your happier" he says
"Your right I am happy with my son and husband" I say with a smile and he smiles back sliding his hands in his pockets
"I miss you Bella...can we be friends?"
"Yea being friends sounds nice" I smile
"What's your sons name?" He asks even though I know he knows I reply
" Ryder" I say
"Nice name"
"What is the point of this Edward?" I ask a little too loudly
"I want to be apart of your life Bella..." He says stepping close
"Your too important for me to lose forever" he says we lock eyes but I snap myself out of it and back away
"I'll see you around" I say and walk away. Seth catches up with me and we walk back to the house
