Justin's P.O.V
"I'm home! Did you miss me?!" Atlanta yelled as she ran into the house, I'm guessing my mom dropped her off since I didn't hear her coming in. "Baby doll!" I yelled playfully as I swoop her into my arms and spin her spin her around, kissing all over her face, making sure to leave the extra 'mwah' sounds that made her giggle like crazy and me to chuckle. I carried her into the living room where Amber just sat down, and when she saw Atlanta, her eyes brightened and she jumped up, running over to us and trying to take Atlanta from my arms. "No!" I whined childishly as I pulled away from her arms, making Atlanta giggle and Amber roll her eyes playfully before trying to get her back. "Justin!" She stomped her foot and I laughed and gave in, handing her our daughter. "Did you guys miss the life of the party?" Atlanta asked cockily, making us laugh. "Yes baby, it's been very lonely without you." Amber said as she kissed Atlanta's head. Atlanta's smiled soon dropped at the sight of something by the door and I mentally groan and face palm myself, forgetting Amber's bags were there. "M-mommy your l-leaving us again?" She whimpered. Amber's eyes softened and she slowly nodded, "yeah, I'm sorry babe, I have work to get done and people and animals to help." She whispered. Amber just held onto Amber's neck tight and hid her face in her neck. "I-i don't want you to leave me mommy!" She cried. "I'm not leaving forever baby! And besides, you still have daddy to have fun with, right?" She asked her. Atlanta shook her head and held onto her tighter. "Baby doll, me and you can have a lot of fun just like always! And when mommy comes back we can go to the zoo and water park and go on road trips and vacations and to the beaches and whatever else you want to do with mommy! Let's have fun with mommy today because she's leaving in the morning, right?" I asked her as I rubbed her back soothingly. She sniffled and nodded and I smiled slightly....
"Come on baby doll." I whispered as I picked Atlanta up into my arms and headed to the car, we just dropped Amber off at the airport and after a couple of tears were shed and promises were promised, Atlanta finally let go of Amber and accepted the fact that she had to go and help others who needed her. She clung to my neck and buried her face in the crook of my neck as I held her close to me and rubbed her back soothingly, whispering comforting words to her as she cried in my arms. When we got to the car, I sat down in the backseat and just held her in my lap until she cried herself to sleep, then I set her in her car seat and got in the drivers seat and drove us home....
"Let's go baby doll, you wanna sleep with daddy?" I whispered to her as we walked inside the house from the long car ride from the airport. She nodded tiredly and held onto me a little tighter, rubbing my shirt between her fingers and I couldn't help the small smile that formed on my face. One of the only things, maybe he only thing I like about Amber leaving, is that it makes Atlanta feel more vulnerable and she turns into my little baby, daddy's little girl, and when Amber comes back, she's her usual, out going, goofy self, she's still like that, she just includes me more and I absolutely love it. I kissed the side of her head and headed to my room upstairs, when I get there, I take off her shoes and jacket and slip off my shirt since we were both wearing sweat pants, knowing exactly what kind of day this would be. A lazy day. I ruffled my hair and got in bed with my baby girl and cuddled her small body to mine and she rested her head on my chest and sucked her thumb as she rubbed the blankets between her fingers since I wasn't wearing a shirt, and I smiled down at the little life form I created. I kissed her head again and played with her natural curls, that she no doubt got from her mother and I drifted off into a deep sleep with my baby in my arms....
I wake up and look beside me to see Atlanta still asleep, I chuckled lightly and picked her up and cradled her into my arms and rocked us back and forth and kissed all over her face until she woke up. She opened her eyes tiredly and I smiled and kissed her forehead while she just buried her head in my chest, making me laugh. "Come on baby doll, let's get this lazy day started." I said as I walked downstairs, carrying her. The only thing I hate is that she has a doctors appointment tomorrow cause she's gonna start school soon and she needs her shots, she absolutely hates shots, just like me and Amber, but I always gotta take a shot with her, that has nothing but wager in it, just so she can see me doing it too. I sighed but then tickled her sides lightly, making her giggle and kick and swing her arms everywhere.
I laughed as I sat down on the couch in the theater room and we started the first of many movies that night....
