Ellie's POV.
My name is Ellie, I'm 18 right now... but the reason i'm writing is to tell you everything you think is a fantasy may not really be as fake as you think. Let me tell you why...This part of my life starts off a little weirder than you would expect... See I've always been a fan of fiction, and things that would never actually happen. I would always believe things were real like Santa, The Easter bunny, Nemo.... Yea now that I think of it, I was a weird kid. But I grew old of believing fake things were real. Until my whole world changed.... and I don't mean changed like my parents got divorced..or my siblings moved out and it was different to eat at the table alone with no one with humor to talk to me except my parents.. I mean the change of a fairytale becoming a true reality. Or so I thought.. people thought I was going crazy! I mean, I think I started to believe them. Until I met the Doctor.....
*5 years back*
"Ugh! mom why do I have to clean my room?! It's perfectly clean! I dont see the point!" I said, throwing my arms in the air.
" Because, it's not perfectly clean... It's a mess!! There are clothes everywhere, and your desk is a complete mess! Now, go clean, or else you can't go out with Samantha to the mall." My mother told me firmly.
I slammed my door, not wanting to hear anymore of the annoying conversation I was having between my mother and I. I furiously jumped on my bed face first, and screamed into my white pillow. ''I can't believe she always needs me to do something! Like why cant she do it herself?" I lay there questioning. When suddenly, a breeze blew through my room. I lifted my head, as a whirring sound began to eminate out of nowhere. I stood up, and looked around, searching for the source of the noise. Suddenly, a blue police box began to appear infront of my closet, barely fitting in my small bedroom. I pressed myself up against the wall, as the box completely appeared, and the whirring and the breeze stopped. I stared at the box in disbelief. What the heck is that?! Suddenly, the door into the box opened, and a strange man stepped out. He seemed young, maybe in his thrities. He had messy brown hair, and frantic brown eyes. He wore a suit, Converse hightops, and an overcoat.
" Who the heck are you?!" I shouted.
" Quick, stand infront of the window." He said, his voice a thick, British accent. " And don't blink, or so help me..."
" Why?! I don't even know who you are, and you're just going to order me to do something?! You totally sound like my mother, why should I listen to you?"
" Because your life depends on it." He said firmly. " Now, be quick! Or the Weeping Angel will kill you...And, whatever you do, if it is there, don't blink!!" With that, he began rumaging around my room, in search of something.
I groaned in agony and un-willingly followed his orders.. " Hey uh..random dude how long do I have I have to stare at this thing you so call a Weeping Angel? There's nothing h-" Sure enough, a stone statue was infront of my window. An angel with sharp, jagged teeth stood in the frame, arms outstretched towards the window. A chill ran down my spine, as I focused on the being. How did he know? The box is blocking the window!
" If you don't look at it, it will kill you." He called from my closet, throwing out a pair of sneakers. " Just, stay there, and don't look away... If you do, it will get in, and murder you."
" How?!" I asked. " And what are you doing?!"
" It'll send you back in time, to the point that you age to death." He said, " And I'm searching for a mirror....The great thing about Weeping Angels, are that as long as someone is watching them, they turn to stone...So, if they see themselves in a mirror...."
" They will freeze themselves!'' I heard him throw more stuff out of my closet. I wasn't really planning on some strange guy popping into my room and trashing it ... " Wait! Why are you even here! And why my room?!"
" No time for explanations! Just focus!" He shouted, moving from the closet to the dresser. " I got an alert that a Weeping Angel had interest in you...For some reason. Don't know why...You're so average!"
I got offended he.. or whoever he is, had no right to call me average. He didn't even know who I was! " Hey!" I turned in frusturation. He gasped, and there was a loud screech behind me, and the sound of shattering glass. I screamed, and fell to my knees, convering my ears. I closed my eyes, and waited for the Weeping Angel to do whatever it is they do. Some time passed, and nothing happened, until I felt a tap on my shoulder. I opened my eyes, and saw the Angel frozen in the air, arms outstretched infront of him....It was looking directly into a mirror. The man laughed victoriously, and hung the mirror back on the wall infront of the Angel.
" He isn't moving any time soon..." He said, clasping his hands together.
" Well how do you know for sure my moms not going to bust in the room see a thirty year old guy, a blue thingymabob-"
" It's called the TARDIS." He interrupted.
" Does it look like I really care for names right now?! Wait till she sees the window. Do you know how upset she'll be? Plus, you violated my room.. dont you think she will think differently of what actually happened?"
He rocked back on his heels, hands in his coat pocket. " Well, there are worse things..." He gave me a small smile. " She could be like Jackie Tyler... Yeesh, she was horrible..."
" Who?! Wait.. wait a second... You never answered my question from earlier.... Who are you? "
" Oh, forgive me, I forgot my manners..." He said, smiling broadly.
" I'm the Doctor...."
