Demi.

"Demi?" my eyes opened. I gasped as my eyes grew bigger.

"Maia.." I sat up. I was kind of shocked to see her here and surprise to see her talking to me after what happened at school. "Oh my god! Why haven't you been at school!? Newtown is looking all over for you!" she sat in the lawn chair next to me.

"I...um...well.. they found me and now I'm taking a vacation. What are you doing here?...In South Dakota?"

"Thanksgiving break. Came with family to see more family. What bout you? Kind of funny when you disappeared, the gang did too. Are you with them?" I didn't know what to say and was it already Thanksgiving?

"South Dakota sounded like a fun state so I decided to visit," I scratched my head, "and no. I'm not with Joe and them."

"South Dakota is fun alright," she rolled her eyes, being sarcastic, "I must head back to my hotel, but I was wondering if you want to go with me to this crazy concert tomorrow. A bunch of friends and I are going."

I nodded my head, "Yeah,sure."

"Alright, what room are you in?" I scratched my head, I couldn't tell her my room because of the boys. "How bout we meet in the lobby?"

She nodded her head, "Alright, Lobby at 11. See you then." she headed back into the hotel. I grabbed my things and went back to the hotel for some sleep. I got ready for bed, I just laid there thinking.

This is my first interaction with girls in weeks, I've been with boys for a long time. I looked at the ceiling thinking my family is getting ready for their Thanksgiving sermon and dinner. The first dinner and sermon I won't be at. I didn't know how to feel about it.

I closed my eyes and fell asleep soon.

The boys came in around 3 in the morning. They were loud so of course I woke up. "Guys, can you please be quiet? I'm sleeping." I sat up.

"Aw, little Demi sleeping weeping? I don't give a fuck." Joe started laughing. They all reeked of alcohol, they were obviously drunk because they were all rude. I got up.

"Honey, are you going to give me head?" Joe smirked. I rolled my eyes and grabbed the key to the room and headed outside in the hallway.

I went to the lobby of the hotel and laid on the couch they had.

I slept there for the rest of the night.

"Ma'm," this lady shook me, I slowly opened my eyes, "No one is allowed to sleep here. Do you have a room?"

I sat up, rubbing my eyes, "I do.. sorry.. What time is it?"

"9:55. Breakfast ends in 5 minutes." the lady walked off. I got up and headed to the kitchen to get some breakfast. I sat down and ate my breakfast as I kept thinking about last night.

I shook it off and headed back to my room. I opened the door after I slid the card in the door. I walked in and saw all the guys on the floor sleeping. Kae was in the bathroom passed out on the floor. I sighed.

I pulled Kae out of the bathroom so I could take a shower.

Once I got out of the shower, I dried and straightened my hair. I quickly did my makeup. I slipped on a black and blue short skirt with a short black tied up in the front shit with a blue jean vest. I got on my combat boots.

I left a note for the boys, "Went to explore South Dakota by myself. be back soon xoxo." I looked over at Joe's wallet. I bit my lip as I took $20. I quickly left the room to the lobby.

"There you are! You ready?" I nodded my head. I followed her to her truck.

"You still have that thing?" I giggled, I was glad I had a bit of reality left. "Of course. I'm never getting rid of this thing." we got in her car and she drove off to the concert.
