Demi

Weeks later~

I was 9 weeks already, what the crap!? I already had a tiny bump, which I kind of fell in love with.. I gave in and listened to the workers here because it took me weeks to realize I am a fuck up and I need to become a better person for my baby.

My roommate and I are becoming friends because I found out we were going through the same thing. She apparently met Joe at one of the parties. She was with a guy that was in a gang, like Joe, and she did things to make him happy, like me.

Joe hasn't came to visit since the last time he came to visit, which is fine since I'm getting better and I don't want shit from him, I was willing to raise this child by myself-- yes, I was keeping it.

I was in the lobby talking to Jennifer, my roommate.

Jennifer kept complaining to me about here, "they won't let me do shit."

"It's rehab, what kind of shit do you want to do?" she just gave me a look.

Her session started so I left the lobby and headed to our room. I looked on my right and saw some guy at the door, his back was towards me, but I could tell who it was. "Matt?"

 "Matt?"

"Demi.." I ran up and hugged him. I missed him, I missed everyone.

"Demi, I missed you, so much." he squeezed. I had to be careful or he would hurt the baby.

"Matt, please not squeeze me...I'm pregnant." he pulled away and looked at my belly, his mouth dropped.

"Pregnant...by who?" I gulped, he hated Joe, I was afraid to tell him Joe.

"J-J-Joe...he's the reason why I'm here...he..he...fucked me u--" Matt interrupted me.

"Go get ready, we're going out for coffee...you can tell me everything." he gave me a soft smile. I went to my room and changed into something warm. I walked out of my room and Matt signed me out. We went outside to his car and he drove to the nearest McDonald's. It felt nice to be out and get fresh air.

We got to the front and Matt ordered a coffee and a cheeseburger. I ordered water since I read coffee is bad for pregnant women. We sat way in the back so no one could see us.
