A few weeks later,
My addiction got worse. I was craving the white powder more than ever. I hate myself and who I became, but I'm not changing. More cuts appeared on my arm so the more bracelets I had on my arms. I didn't want any of my fans to know, but I definitely did not want to live.
I was in Cleveland,Ohio for my concert tonight. I threw on a light blue jean dress and some cowboy boots. I fixed my hair and makeup and headed on stage for soundcheck.
I was exhausted from all this touring. I wasn't into it like I usually was. I sang a few songs and answered some questions.
I walked back to my dressing room when I was finished. I saw Nolan on my couch, I was caught by surprised.
"Nolan.." I shut the door. He got up from the couch and he didn't seem happy.
"You've lied to me, Demi...." he glared, I was confused with what he was talking about.
"What do you mean,Nolan?..." I sat down in my makeup. I was literally confused. He was really mad at me, I could tell. He was never this mad at me.
"Selena told me that you've been doing coke,Demi," he looked at me, "is that true?" I took a minute to respond, wondering if I should really tell him.
"No." I looked him straight in the eyes. I heard him scoff, he headed to the door.
"It's over,Demi." those words made me hopped out of my chair.
"Nolan, please...." I went over to him, he gave me a look, "Alright, I've been doing coke, but please don't leave me!!" I took his hand, but he yanked it off.
"I can't be with someone who does drugs...I've been sober for two years...I can't have that kind of trigger...it's either me or the coke.." he looked at me.
It took me a minute.
"Exactly. Bye, Demi." he walked out and I threw a glass vase at the door. I was mad and upset. I couldn't believe he could walk out like that. I went through my bag, looking for my coke, but it wasn't there. Shit, he took it from me!
