Lara's POV:
"What do you have to arrange at your dads?" I ask Harry as he starts to drive us there.
"Stuff with the kids." He says and keeps his eyes on the road.
His hands are gripping the steering wheel tightly. You can tell from his knuckles turning while, and he twiddles his thumbs. Something's definitely bothering him. I have no idea what's wrong.
"Harry, what's wrong?" I turn in my seat to face him.
"Nothing." He glares.
I sigh and forcefully sit back in my seat.
The rest of the car ride there, is silent. When we arrive, Harry quickly gets out of the car, slams his door, and stalks over to the front door. I race up behind him, trying to keep up. Without knocking, he walks into the house. I was never here before, so I don't know what exactly to expect when I walk in behind Harry.
Walking in through the front door, it takes you through a narrow hallway with scattered toys everywhere. Down the hallway is the kitchen to the right, and living room to the left. Once again, toys are everywhere. There's stuff spilled on the carpets and small cups sitting around with food. When I see movement on the kitchen floor, there's a maid. She's down on her hands and knees scrubbing the floor. There's no one else in these two rooms besides Harry and I. After Harry looks around, he goes through the living room and up the stairs. I follow behind him, and here little ones running and screaming from above. I move a tad more quickly, I'm worried with what's going on.
Once upstairs, Harrison and Harley jump onto Harry and start giggling. It's quite an adorable sight.
"Hi boys." He smiles down at them and pats there heads. "Where's dad?" He asks them sweetly.
The two boys point to the door that's all the way in the back of the upstairs hallway. "Okay, go on and play again." They do as Harry says, and runs back into their room. I smile at them as we walk past and go to his dads door.
"DAD." Harry pounds on the door, but there's no answer.
He pounds again and screams his name. Once again there's no answer.
He repeatedly does this, until finally the lock clicks and the door knob slowly turns. When the door opens, Harry immediately barges in, grabs his fathers collar and pushes him up against the nearest wall.
"HARRY!." I scream at him, but it's no use. He's already spitting nasty words into his dads face. I'm not so sure what they are saying but I know it's not good.
"And you call yourself a father." I hear Harry say and he punches his dad in the abdomen and swiftly walks out of the room. I wince as I see his dad sink to the floor, clutching his abdomen in pain. I slowly turn and follow Harry into the boys room.
"Go get Grace in the next bedroom, and pack her clothing and some of her favorite toys." Harry orders me without one glance. Before I make my way out of the room, I hear Harry yell at the boys to sit on the bed and wait.
I gently open Grace's door and greet her. She's laying on her bed staring at the ceiling. From what it looks like, she's crying.
"Grace, sweetie.." I say and pull her up into a hug.
"We're going to brothers aren't we?" She whispers.
"I don't know, hun." I let go of her, "Let's get you packed up, yeah?"
She gathers her favorite toys while I pack some clothes into a backpack. "You ready?" I ask, and she nods.
I walk out of the room carrying her things and she follows near behind me.
